Whilst the formatting didn't quite translate to audiobook, I really enjoyed reading this book. Swift has the most gorgeous, bright illustrations and the most uplifting messages. I loved being able to complete tasks which made me more aware of ways to care for and appreciate myself.
This book is so needed in today's society, in the midst of a lock down and whilst people criticise themselves and compare themselves to others, Though it had a clear flow, you could easily dip in and out of this book as you needed.
Even though I've read it through already, I would 100% buy myself a copy to properly fill out the tasks and have a physical copy to turn to.
Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and Swift for providing a copy for review.

I enjoyed this book and the story is so original and engaging. But for me it had to be capped at 3* because the language was awful. Larsson uses the word 'dyke' repeatedly and as a gay woman it passed the point of criticism into the downright offensive.
As a whole, the novel is fantastic at challenging norms and stereotypes. We see powerful women, complex relationships and a casual approach to sex and sexuality. It was just the repeated use of 'bad' language and harmful slurs that really bothered me towards the end.
I do love the story, Lisbeth is fantastic and such an intriguing character. The whole story is dark and, just like Blomkvist, I desperately want to delve deeper and expose all those breaking the law and abusing their power.

I finished this 800 page monster in two days. THAT is how good the final instalment of the Millennium trilogy is.
For me, it brought to a close everything perfectly. The cliffhanger we're left with at the end of #2 is dealt with swiftly and we soon find ourselves knee-deep in a whole conspiracy theory. I was enthralled. I physically couldn't bring myself to put the book down because I just had to know what happened.
Larsson blew me away with this one, the court room scene is *chef's kiss* - by far my favourite scene, potentially ever. And just the way the entire series challenges what we expect from a crime/thriller.

This was such an interesting read - the premise of a post-literature world is both genius and terrifying. It is a book that should be required reading world-wide as a warning to the future that could await us if literature (and its importance) fades away.
It certainly isn't an easy read, it jumps all over the place and doesn't really introduce anything - you are just left to guess as to what happens and has happened.

I found this book so fascinating. The philosophical ideas behind it and the moral question was so interesting to me.
My only issue was it was overly flowery. There were entire chapters that seemed to do little other than allow Wilde to show his talent. I found myself skimming through much of the middle section (many of these being chapters added later on) that seemed out of place and unneeded. But then, I don't usually get on with the Victorian style of writing so it isn't that much of a surprise.
Like I said, the premise is such an interesting one and with the knowledge of Wilde's homosexuality it adds yet another layer to this book. I definitely recommend it to fans and students of literature, but it certainly is not for the faint of heart. I wouldn't be recommending it for beach side reading...

This took me back to my childhood! It was a quick read, relaxing and had me hooked. I'm excited to see where this series will go :)
I absolutely hated this.
Whilst I appreciate the premise, it just didn't sit right with me. I couldn't get through it and had to DNF half-way through.

I had never heard anything about Enneatypes before seeing this book on NetGalley. I wanted to start reading more non-fiction texts and this certainly hit the spot. Despite not knowing exactly which Enneatype I am, I found each one fascinating and felt like it helped me understand myself more and the motivation behind the behaviour of people I know.
This guide presents a LOT of information in a very accessible and easy to understand way. I'll definitely be coming back to it again to check in with myself and make sure I am treating those around me fairly. I've already made my partner pick it up and I'll certainly be recommending it to other people as well.
