I find it difficult to rate non-fiction books as I've not read very many yet, but this book exceeded every expectation. I didn't put it down feeling unsatisfied or like I needed to do more research, I put the book down ready to employ the techniques in my own life.

I requested this ARC as my girlfriend was struggling with her sleeping habits (and mine weren't great either!). It was beyond helpful. Not only was the advice fantastic, but the science behind these techniques were explained AND everything was laid out in the most beautiful way, with gorgeous artwork separating the chapters.

This book was brilliant - it did what it said on the cover; helped provide calm and cozy sleep.

This was wholesome, fluffy and just so sweet. I NEED more from Cal and Leon. This whole book was everything my gay heart needed. I love that being gay played no important role in the plot, I get frustrated when a major section is about coming to terms with sexuality, but this book shows us confident characters who know exactly what they want and how they feel.

Honestly, this is probably the best LGBTQ+ book I’ve read to date and already I want to pick it up again and join the beautifully chaotic world of Cal and Leon.

This book is so uplifting! You can’t help but laugh out loud at some of these adorably relatable aliens and their collection of animals.
