This was a great anthology full of cute stories of some of my favourite couples.
They’re short, they’re sweet, they’re hot, the festive and great if you haven’t read some of these stories.
It’s so rare that I come across an anthology where I read more than 2 stories, but I read 5 and they’re so great!
It’s for a great cause, so grab a copy now!

This was an awesome ending to the duet!
I had struggled with the first one as I usually do with retellings, but this was removed enough from the original I had no difficulties. And it’s a great story!
I love Arienne and Nicco. They’re a great, timeless couple.
Nora, Luis, enzo, matteo, Aleysia, and Dane are fantastic as well.
Mafia stories aren’t usually my thing, but this is a great one. Dark, light, and romantic.
I can’t wait for Enzo’s story either, but you need to read this duet!

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to read this book! I’m a massive fan of Serena’s and this is a great book!
I’m not usually a fan of female athlete stories, but this one was great and I genuinely felt for Cory.
Hartley is awesome at all, but I do wish I had slightly more insight into this feelings and motivation for being with Stacia, especially at the start.
Bridger and Dana are awesome as well.
Definitely give this book a try!

This was a great book! Things flowed a little better than the previous, which is always good.
I loved bridger in the first book, and he’s so awesome here. Scarlet is a solid character too.
I loved the twists this book took, and the serious tone.
I do feel that the feelings progress a tad too quickly in this series, but it’s not a massive complaint.
Another great book!

Here’s a fun fact for you, apparently I have read this book. Twice. But I have ZERO memory of doing so the first time. I have no idea why I don’t remember, but nothing was familiar to me.
Aside from that mind blowing fact, this is a great starter MM book. I say that because it’s not really heavy on the MM (although I’d love more!)
I love Rikker, thoroughly. Graham is great but I’d like to see more of a religious aspect to his character.
Skippy, Ross, and Rikker’s grandma are great characters too.
One thing that did bother me about this book, in terms of the series, is that it kind of came out of nowhere for me. Graham wasn’t really mentioned in the previous books, so I would’ve liked a little more connection.
But this is a solid book, great for people unsure of MM. Give it a go!

This was an okay book, but I’ve come to think that maybe I don’t like Rebecca Ross’s writing style. It’s not bad, it’s just not for me I think.
To begin with, Eva read young for me, like almost 12/13-ish.
I also didn’t get the strong bond between the sisters. As this was the main thread of the book, the rest of it lacked for me.
Third, things happened too easily, too quickly, especially the end. Perhaps this is supposed to be a very light fantasy, and I’m used to high fantasy and so it fell flat.
If mythology is your jam, I’d say give this a go, but it’s not a favourite for me, sorry!

I struggled a touch with this book. It felt like there was so much unexplained that I struggled to understand what was happening and how one thing related to another. I also struggled to figure out how one person related to another.
I also found it quite slow. I felt like it didn’t pick up until 60% and by the time I was really invested, it was over.
I like Shazi. She’s a great, feisty, strong female character.
Khalid has my heart as well.
Jalal is also a favourite and I wished there was more of him.
This book does end in a cliffhanger, so I am going to need the second one, but I hope it doesn’t suffer from this one’s faults.

I flip flopped on this book so much. At times I loved it, at times Luc and Oliver drove me mad. I also felt that at times the humour was overly forced and things were said for humour’s sake.
Still, this is a cute book and there were some cute moments, some amusing moments, and some laugh out loud moments.
I loved the ensemble cast. Bridget, Luc’s mother, Oliver’s friends were great. I loved them to bits.
But some times it all felt a bit manufactured and lost a little bit for me.
Still, this is a good, light hearted read. Give it a go if Rom coms are your thing.

DNF at chapter 12.
I had heard such great things about this book, seen it on bookstagram and booktok, and it had been sitting in my TBR cart (can I sound anymore pretentious? My apologies!!) for a while, so I thought I’d tackle it.
Unfortunately I found it kind of lacklustre and even a bit boring. I didn’t see much chemistry between Amarande and Luca, certainly not enough to sustain an epic journey. I needed to see that in order for the premise of the book to work.
I also thought the intrigue factor, with all the different suitors could’ve been massively ramped up as well. Give me intrigue, give me a motivating factor. But that went away as soon as she did. Perhaps it comes back and I haven’t stuck around long enough, but honestly, this book just wasn’t holding my interest, so I’ve given up.
I might come back to it, but it’s just not sitting right with me right now.

4.5 stars.
I enjoyed this book so much more than the first book!! The characters jump off the page!
Shazi and Khalid are beautiful.
Despina, Jalal, and Vikram are sassy and passionate.
Irsa and Rahim... my favourites!
Omar and Astan are perfect!
I loved the story, the twists, the turns, the laughter, the crying, the frustrations.
I do think there needed to be a little more of Shazi’s dad, just because he felt a little forgotten, but I’m also glad there wasn’t a lot of him.
This is a great duology. I thoroughly recommend you stick with it after the first one!!
