4 1/2 stars!

Having read the other books in this series, I was keen to read this one as well.

The prologue was a gripping way to start the story and grab the readers attention and the first chapter about Kane was also intense and attention grabbing.

The idea of another dare as payback for the Kappa's dare was an interesting one and I was immediately thinking how interesting it would be because it looked like playing out with Kane of course, and because of his relationship to Brax, and Brax and Olivia's history with the Kappa dare themselves.

It was fantastic to see Brax and Olivia re-appear in this story, they're great characters who I enjoy reading about.

I found Kane to be a great character overall, but Harper comes across as slightly weak at first. Once you get more of a look into her history and what she's been through in life, you realise she is really quite strong.

I did feel there was an unanswered question at the end about why the cop from her past came to visit her.

Harpers grandmother was pure evil. I mean, who does that to a kid? Seriously. That said though - Kane's father was pretty evil as well. Again, not something that should happen to a child.

I loved the story and watching Kane and Harper connect. I felt the ending was great for the them, perfect even. I definitely heard up a bit with the kindness that Harper did for Katy and Kane.

Overall I really enjoyed this one and would recommend for Cindy Miles fans.

I loved this book. I felt like I immediately connected with Courtney as a character and I loved watching her relationship with Josh develop.

Figure skating would have to be a tough sport and having her and Marks competitors come and train with their coaches and themselves was an interesting way for the story to go, and see how their relationships would develop with each other.

I really liked Em and Sergei as characters, but particularly Liza, Quinn and Alex. They had some charm and cheeky attitude there. I also really like Mrs Cassar and her dirty/cheeky mouth and of course her generosity.

I felt like I could understand both Courtney and Joshs points of view in terms of schooling and relationships with their parents, but I definitely connected more with Courtney.

I also felt that Courtney was a level headed and mature character in terms of all of her relationships and decisions about schooling and what she was going to do at any given point with whatever was happening in her life. She thought things through and didn't rush into them. If she needed time to think about things she took it.

The ending of the book was amazing and I'm really keen to see how the story plays out in the next couple of books. I definitely recommend this one!

Great read. Quick and easy. Sam and Millie's characters were intense in some parts but they worked well together. Considering the circumstances some things went better than others but it all came to a head eventually. A fun quick read and I'd be interested to read more about the other characters as well. Kate and Reeds story which came before this, and Delaney's story which is apparently next.

Would recommend.

I really enjoyed this one. I forgot just how f-ed up Hardin was and how much he and Tessa fought. They really did have a toxic relationship. I loved how this book had different POV's other than Hardin's or Tessa's. It was very interesting to get a glimpse into some of the other characters worlds, particularly Steph and Molly.
Even though this book is a partial re-telling of Hessa and how they began, being told from Hardin's POV didn't make it feel like much of a repeat, and it was so interesting to read things from his view. Anna Todd did a wonderful job portraying the story from his side and giving us more of a glimpse into his state of mind at the time.
The ending was great as well, another couple of POV's and then the two Hessa chapters. I really love how things turned out for these guys after everything they went through. A very well told story and a great way to end the series. Well done Anna Todd. #hessa

3.5 stars.

Not really sure how to review this one. It didn't have me hooked like other books I've read and it took me at least 100 pages before I really started thinking that I wanted to know what would happen next. The book flicks between chapters with different character POVs but once you get used to them it's ok. The whole time I was reading this book thought j was basically just thinking "what the shit is going on?".

I didn't connect with the characters in this books and that's something I look for in a novel that keeps me hooked. There were good and bad things about this one - seems like there was a slight bit of Insta love in it too. As much as you can have any kind of romantic situation in an alien invasion anyway.

Definitely got better toward the end but yeah not really sure what I think about this one. I kinda wanna know what's gonna happen next, but I kinda don't. Not sure if ill read the next one or just go watch the 5th Wave movie since it just came out, and then wait for the others.

This Plum novel was a lot better than the last couple. I've been reading them just because I can't stop myself but this one picked the ball back up again. It was a fun and fast paced read, and had plenty of hilarious Stephanie/Lula/Ranger/Morelli/Grandma moments.

Plenty of witty and funny one liners as is typical in the Plum series. I wasn't completely hooked on this one like other books I've read but it was enjoyable, and I did read it really quickly.

Give it a go if you're a Plum fan, the writing in this one is much better than the last couple in the series. A great light hearted and funny read if that's what you need.

Not really sure how to rate/review this one. Its been ages since I read the first two books, so I had a couple of things I had to remember as I was reading, but mostly I just wasn't that enthralled with this book. I wasn't hooked on every page like I was when I first started this little series.

I don't know if its the fact they're still trying to work out what the hell is going on, and yeah, thats just getting old, or if its just that this book just isn't as enrapturing as the first two.

When they finally work out whats going on - my reaction was like "REALLY GUYS?" Its such a far-fetched storyline. I mean the whole series is really, but when I found out the reason for the amnesia, it just didn't have the "OH, shit!" moment or the "Oh, yeahhhhhh" moment I was expecting.

And that ending, the epilogue? For real? Funny but not. I just really don't know how to feel about this one. I really wanted to know what was going on because I had gotten hooked on this little series with the first two books, but, yeah, I don't know, just wasn't really what I was expecting for the finale I guess.

A must read if you've read the first two books in the Never Never series, but don't be surprised if you're not blown away by the conclusion. I love CoHo (yet to read any of Tarryn's books) but this one just wasn't anything spesh for me.

The Girl in the Ice is a great book to start off a new series about DCI Foster. She's a strong copper, smart copper who stops at nothing when she's on a roll. Like a bull at a gate she kept ploughing away at this case even with all the things holding her back.

Erika is a great character and one that you instantly side with throughout the novel. Moss and Peterson were great secondary characters, as I suppose, was Marsh, even though at times I really didn't like him. It will be great to see them re-appear in the next DCI Foster book. Especially Moss, her character was quite funny at times and very loyal.

Theres a lot of twists and turns in this novel, and one moment you're thinking one thing, and then another something flies out of nowhere and makes you think another. The killer who it turned out to be in the end, was someone I had earlier dismissed as being the killer they were looking for.

Towards the end there are even more things jumping out, particularly one particular witness who has quite the interesting and revealing story. From here things really spiral and the discoveries begin to pick up. Lots of action in this one, and I think this will become a popular series. I will be interested to read the next one.

Holy hotness. For a short book this sure knows how to ramp things up and get you hooked. the storyline is very intriguing. Ella is a woman who has clearly got a troubled and tortured past. When she finds out Sean is a male prostitute, she offers him a contract - basically she hires him for sex for 30 nights.

We get a small glimpse of Ella's past, and I really am intrigued to know more, as I think Sean is as well. He isn't what I expected from the character of a male prostitute, he's caring and sweet so far. And the way Ella's character is developing gives me hope for the remaining two books of this series.

Give this one a go if you're looking for a sexy quick read then give this one a go. Be prepared to want to next one immediately though.

Now, book two anyone?

Oh. Em. Gee. That ending! Im definitely diving straight into book 3 as soon as I finish writing this review. Wow. This one was a lot more intense than book one, and not because of the sex scenes in it. There was a hell of alot more emotion involved in this one, and I loved watching how both characters developed.

The surprise with Sean and Darla was totally unexpected and I suspect thats going to be a driving force between both Ella and Sean in the next novel. Its a big and important part of things I think from now on.

I love seeing Ella become more confident of herself and I love seeing the other sides of Sean when he (rarely) lets his guard down. This might be harder to come by after the big shit storm he and Ella have just had, but I'm hoping that things work out for them.

Quick, sexy, emotional - this one has it all. If you've read Part 1, you DEFINITELY want to read this one, Part 2.

Book 3 - lets go!
