Man hard to judge this because it's three very different stories.

Garth Story covers the first three issues. It's about a 2.5/5. It's okay. The art is nice and fun but the actual story is just okay. It's about a bully who fucked with Peter and now is a Super Villain and it's creepy but not all that fun to read.

Then we have a Rhino story, which I'd give around a 3 out of 5. I've read better Rhino stories but this one is solid enough. Mostly seeing how Rhino can be human, and not wanting to be so stupid, gets smarter, falls in love, but then it all falls apart. It's decent, and fun read, but nothing more.

Greg's one shot is by far the best in this collection. I'd rate it a 5/5. After a fuck up one of Kingpin's men knows what has to be done. It's the story of what happens behind the scenes when Spider-man stops a plot. It's both sad and tense, and sums it up perfectly by the very end.

So just for Greg's story alone it's worth reading. THe rest are okay, one being fun, but you need to read Greg's one shot.

I like Scott Snyder

I love Black Mirror, Court of Owls, Death of the Family, and Superheavy.

Thought Zero Year and Graveyard shift were decent. End Game being the worst.

This is around Zero Year level.

Which makes me sad...cause I wanted to LOVE Batman main title for Rebirth but everything else has been better.

So this really focuses one one long chase. It starts with action and ends with it. It's just one big long fight tbh. It reminds me of Mad max...and I hate Mad Max. So yeah. I really wasn't feeling it much except for a few great moments.

Love the side story with Duke, very interesting and well told. Loved the train fight, that looked great and was intense. I also loved the backstory to Bruce and Harvey. Made me care somewhat of the final confrontation, which was decent.

The bad side of it is it's just a lot of overblown action. A bit too much. I also disliked Batman ALWAYS having a tool to fight someone. It was absurd even for our favorite bat friend. I also disliked the jumping all around, especially issue 1-2 being the worst offenders.

So it was decent, good at moments, even great, but overall it felt rushed and sloppy. Hope the next part is better paced. Still decent though. A 2.5-3/5.

You know what? I ended up really enjoying this. Kudos to Joshua for giving us a REAL Barry. Sorry but the New52 Barry wasn't cutting it.

So the first 8 issues are all about tons of Speedsters coming into play. You got kids, adults, old people all getting struck by lighting and become speedsters just like Barry. The difference? They don't know how to use it.

It all starts with Barry's friend getting his, and it's cool to see Barry have a partner helping him out. It's like Kid Flash, but not a kid, a grown adult. Yet as the story progresses some big revelations happen.

I will be honest the twist I didn't love. Very easy to see coming, I felt they could have grown that character out more. Also the name Godspeed felt a little iffy to me. I hated it to be honest. I mean it's superheroes so sometimes names don't work, that was one of em.

The goods really come from great cast of characters. Everyone has fun dialog and I enjoyed that. The art, while sketchy, is still pretty damn good. Like every speedster looking Super Saiyan 2 with the lighting around them. The ending was solid and made me want more for the future. Oh, did I mention Barry is back to being a actual fun character? Yep!

Overall this is a real solid start. I'd go with a 3.5 but closer to a 4 than a 3. Hope to see more!

This wasn't super eventful but really strong character growth.

We get to see Mark as a daddy. It's fucking adorable. Like I was smiling the entire time (maybe because we're trying to have a kid but this was super sweet) and loved that he finally told Eve what happened to him. (Spoilers) Rape is no joke and this book doesn't just gloss over it. It can happen to anyone, any gender, and what happened was screwed up. Mark doesn't just "get over it" he has to deal with it. Even gets that, and they have a great touching moment.

Oliver is back too! I freaking love that kid. Except he's an adult now...and he's good looking...nice! I really enjoyed Mark and Oliver's interaction and thought the dinner scene (and after moment) was great.

Oh and battle beast mission ends...what a finale. Holy hell, that was 5 issues worth of fighting haha.

I really love the way this is going. However, I just have a bad feeling with the final scene in this volume and makes me worried. Hoping I'm wrong! 4/5 baby!

Wow...what happened here?

I really enjoyed the rebirth one shot. I was ready to really enjoy this. Then I read it and...blah.

The good is the chemistry between the Titans. They feel like friends. The banter and dialog overall was well done with them. I also really like Wally, he's great, and very different from Barry. So that's always a plus.

But the art in this was just okay. Felt very stilted at times. The main enemy was boring and silly. Like of all the villains to use we're going with Kadabra? Really? What a piece of shit choice. The biggest throw away for the Titans first arc. Oh and also the pacing was weird. Big baddie, owait let's stop and have a convo with my love, nope back to big bad, wait let's chill on couch for a minute. It was a mess.

Yeah, overall really disappointed with this one. I wanted SO much more for this. Owell, hope next arc is better.

Shittttt I'm all caught up! I'm both happy and sad. Because now the waiting game begins. Also the fact it's almost over for good (13 more issues) but I still love to be all caught up.

So Mark gets to go back in time and fix his mistakes. He learns a few things, especially about Robot, but this is mostly a what if volume. Not a throw away though, just another big lesson for Mark to learn. Another big change, another choice, and we can't even fully say if it's the right or wrong cause we can never have that choice. It's brave, and I loved it.

The ending catches you off guard a bit and I was like "Oh fucking shit" and now I can't wait for Volume 23, which should be out in March. This series is f'ing amazing. Please, if haven't read it yet begin now!

Whoa, I REALLY enjoyed this.

So Damien is a interesting character (he's tied for my number 2 Robin with Tim.) but but thing I really liked here was just the breakdown of his relationship with Bruce. I enjoyed Damien's time with Dick but he was different with dick. He viewed him as a brother, or partner, not a father or leader. So seeing Damien readjust to it all, to follow his father's lead, is both interesting and actually really funny at times cause Damien the king of burns.

I love watching them work together, fight, and the having a strong backstory of a villain name Nobody coming into the picture really helped further the character development of both Bruce and Damien.

Some pacing issues at the start, feeling a bit like backtracking some earlier development with Damien. However as it went on it wasn't doing so much that but focusing on Damien learning to work with his father instead of Dick. So I forgave it as it went on.

A 4 to a 4.5/5 for this one.

This is a must read.

A must read like Frank Millar's run on Batman All Star.

This is some "I'm the goddamn batman" level laughing.

So basically this Bruce/Wayne Williams is black, and in a shitty city of Gotham, and this is earth 6, so this is different and interesting. Then it goes bad....Because everyone is dressed so badly, and this takes place in early 2000, but we have like a pimp looking dude in the first few pages...also Wayne is a piece of shit...like SO much good can come of this background and character but it was horrible.

Oh and it just takes Spider-man story of being a wrestler and such, which was crap to start with, but then pushes it further to wanting Bruce to be the BEST wrestler of all time or some shit. Oh and the Bat suit? THE WORST THING EVER...And the ending...and batman killing...and...ugh just ugh, but lolz

This story made me laugh a lot though. On how bad it is. For that people should read it. But it's not good...at all.

Finally, the first volume I actually loved.

Listen, I get it, crossovers can be annoying. This one worked though, for me anyway, and you know why? It's self contained, and works well even if you just read this volume.

So together Animal Man and Swamp Thing go into the Rotworld. They get lost below and come out a year later with the entire world overrun by the Rot. This is a very interesting world just because most heroes we know are not filled with Rot. From Flash to Superman, watching our favorite heroes zombiefied is super fun.

The ending is heartbreaking and the very last issue is REALLY good and I hope volume 4-5 deal with the fallout well. The art isn't nearly as chaotic or crazy and the end result makes for a lot of great storytelling if done right. This is top notch horror superhero stuff. Let's do it!

Art is stunning, as expected.

The story was decent. It really wraps up by issue 4, 5 is more of the aftermath.

So Thor is unworthy. The hammer will not work for him anymore. Then a mysterious person picks up the hammer and the power of the gods is now in her hands! NO WAY!

The story is about as interesting as previous titles in Thor before Thor was a women. Which for me as always just been okay. There's not a storyline I really love.

However what did I like? The new Thor. She's super fun, her internal thoughts are a nice balance between her strong and brave dialog she throws out against the Ice Giants and such. I really enjoyed her moments and when she met with old Thor, was a lot of fun seeing them go head to head + the dialog was solid.

However, the issue 5 seemed sooooooo corny. I get they were trying to be meta about all the fans getting all pissy with the new changes. Have the villain scream out words you'd find on twitter like "The feminest are ruining everything" just came along as eye rolling. Don't get me wrong, people on twitter are eyeroll worth, but it's best to ignore idiots. Don't empower them by having their words in the books. It took me out. Then the women villain gives up because..."girl power" or some corny shit. This whole issue really just rubbed me the wrong way. And this is coming from someone who supports Miles being the main spider-man, Thor being a women, Falcon being the New Cap and so on. I love change, but don't try to shove it down my throat with bad meta like references of online comments.

Either way I'll check out more because I like Thor a lot here. I hope volume 2 and mighty Thor are even better.
