Wow...what happened here?

I really enjoyed the rebirth one shot. I was ready to really enjoy this. Then I read it and...blah.

The good is the chemistry between the Titans. They feel like friends. The banter and dialog overall was well done with them. I also really like Wally, he's great, and very different from Barry. So that's always a plus.

But the art in this was just okay. Felt very stilted at times. The main enemy was boring and silly. Like of all the villains to use we're going with Kadabra? Really? What a piece of shit choice. The biggest throw away for the Titans first arc. Oh and also the pacing was weird. Big baddie, owait let's stop and have a convo with my love, nope back to big bad, wait let's chill on couch for a minute. It was a mess.

Yeah, overall really disappointed with this one. I wanted SO much more for this. Owell, hope next arc is better.
