Ugh, I love a good MM sports romance and this did not disappoint! Ty and Luca are both MMA fighters, but they are also competitors and enemies. When they are given an opporunity to train at an elite gym together, they both take it, despite the fact that they hate the idea of being near each other, let alone training together. Luca takes on the task of trying to help Ty though, as he notices that he's struggling and could use some help. What blooms is a beautiful friendship and relationship between the two of them. I loved that this book didn't feature a lot of homophobia, and everyone was really accepting of Luca's bisexuality, Ty's discovery of his own sexuality, and their relationship as a couple within this sports world. The spicy scenes were definitely hot and steamy! I do wish their backstories had been explored more, especially Ty and the way he grew up and his family. I am looking forward to the next book in the series!

Okay, I love the single dad/nanny trope and this is no exception! It was definitely a little but of a different take, because Maven was June's nanny but she also was the team photographer, which I loved. I loved everything about this and the tropes were just so good. This is a single dad/nanny romance, but is also a forbidden romance, slow burn, age gap, forced proximity, and sunshine/sunshine, another trope I don't often see. Dallas and Maven tried to fight their chemistry for a long time, but they eventually give in and they are just PERFECT for each other. June is such a cute little girl! Dallas is the ideal book boyfriend. He is just such a sweetheart and I love that even though he's a famous football player, he wasn't arrogant or cocky. He truly just loved football and his daughter and those were his priorities. I seriously cannot wait for Maverick and Reid's books!

I was interested right off the bat because of the cover, but I can tell you that this book is fantastic through and through. This is a romance in which they are both actors, which I thought was really cool and unique. Also, this is a book that features a "marry to satisfy a will" trope and I love when this is done in contemporary romance because we don't often see that. There were some SUPER hot scenes in this book that had me fanning myself. It's so good! I loved Shane and Ivy together and I think they worked so well together, despite their differences. I loved that I felt the tension, I laughed out loud and I enjoyed the steam. This book really had everything you could want from a romance novel and I truly enjoyed it. Who doesn't love a good marriage of convenience romance?!

Thank you to NetGalley, Serena Bell, and Jelsba Media Group for an eARC of this book.

This was a really fun and cute book! I love that the characters were older (in their 30s and 40s) because we often see much younger characters who appear immature or childish, but it was refreshing to read something different. It's a steamy read, but there's also some great benter and some laugh out loud moments. The characters have great chemistry from the start and it only becomes more obvious as they strike up a fake dating relationship. I do wish there was some more resolution with her stalker ex, as we didn't really get to see that really conclude. I also wish this was not written in third person, and wish it was dual POV, but that's a personal preference. This book does deal with the heavy topics of stalking and an abusive ex, but I think the author handled this all really well. Overall, it was a great book!

This doesn't have a big plot and is instead mostly smut, but I enjoyed it. Quinn has been crushing on his best friend's dad for years, but when his best friend bails on a trip that he and his dad are supposed to go on, Quinn jumps at the chance to take his place and seize the opportunity to be closer to Grey. I loved that this was just low angst, two people attracted to each other and finally acting on it, and the added trope of best friend's dad. I know there wasn't much more to the story than the trip and all the hooking up, but I thought it was really good for what it was a solid book that will entertain you.

I seriously love this book so much and cannot stop thinking about it. I haven't read a Maggie Gates book prior to this, but I will be reading them all now. Cassandra is banished to the small Texas town, where she is in now in charge of PR and a project for Christian's cattle ranch. She is a rich city girl and as she says, the ranch and small city living is her personal idea of hell. Sparks fly between Cassandra and Christian and they keep trying to avoid each other until they can't anymore. I loved that Cass was unapologetically herself, even though others thought she was brash and sort of mean. She was herself, and I truly loved that. She taught Christian's girls to be themselves and not take any crap from anyone. I particularly loved the principal's office scene with Bree and Cassandra! Cass eventually softens, both for Christian and his girls, and she realizes that maybe there's more to life than PR in New York. I loved that the author gave Christian a "dad bod" and he wasn't some cowboy with six pack abs. No, he was soft around the belly and had a man bun (and his reason why he has long hair will make you swoon) and I loved his characterization. He is the ideal book boyfriend. I also loved that Cass was up front about not wanting kids and not being maternal and how she only liked his kids and not just any, and that the author didn't give her some surprise pregnancy at the end. It was so perfect. I also cannot wait for Ray's story, which is next. I'm so intrigued after what happened to him and how it will all play out. I just know it will be so good since Maggie Gates is the one writing it.

I simply cannot believe that this a debut novel. If you like Sweet Home Alabama, then this book is for you. It's a take on the movie, with a few twists and I am absolutely floored at how good it was. The bourbon scene and the crawl scene! Holy spice, is all I have to say. I loved Nash and CeCe together! We've got a former NHL player turned part time cowboy and the country girl turned city girl turned country girl again, both of whom have always sort of crushed in each other but are just now getting their chance. This is the perfect small town romance, with brother's best friend, found family and so much more. I seriously need Ginger and Cole's book, and Wade's book too (maybe Ivy?). If you're a fan of Elsie Silver and Lyla Sage, then this book is for you. I'm in my cowboy romance era and I'm living my best life.

I cannot believe that this was a debut novel! I loved every single thing about it. There's steam and spice, banter galore, laugh out loud moments and a really unique and interesting plot. The book is set in some amazing places, like Greece, California and New York and features a cast of unforgettable characters. The tropes are some of my favorites: forced proximity, only one bed, second chance, star crossed lovers and dual POV. The cover is also so gorgeous and drew me in right away! This would be a perfect summer vacation read. I just love Joey and Cam with my whole heart and I cannot wait for the next book in this series!

Wow, this was such a beautiful book about love, angst, pining, friendship, family and more. I wasn't sure what to expect when going into this book. I had only been told that it's really good and very emotional and I can now say that both of those things are very true. I loved the friendship (and eventual relationship) that Lucky and Ellis have. You can tell just how much Lucky cares about Ellis and how he sees who he truly is, despite him being different. It isn't really explicitly stated until the very end that Ellis is autistic (although it is hinted at and discussed in a roundabout way a few times) but it's clear from the start that he is not like other boys his age, and yet Lucky befriends him and they develop a deep and intense bond that spans years. There is a lot of miscommunication in this book between these two, but they eventually get it right and it's such a beautiful journey to witness. I loved that the author included a character that is neurodivergent (autistic) but didn't make it seem like too over the top or make it seem too stereotypical, and showed that they are still deserving of love and happiness and can live a happy and full life. Too often, we see autistic characters painted a certain way when they are NOT all the same and should not be boxed in like that. Ellis was just someone who loved and wanted to be loved, and who had a heart of gold, even though he rarely spoke. This is broken up into parts: in childhood, and adulthood. We see their friendship grow and their feelings bloom until they realize they were made for each other and then there is no going back. I just love this entire book with my whole heart.

This is such a great second chance romance! There was so much angst and tension and the entire book was an emotional rollercoaster, but in the best way possible. The characters were written well and had so much depth. I was really rooting for them, and I felt they had great chemistry. It's an emotionally heavy book, but with the right amount of romance, funny moments and some spice. I loved the chronic illness representation as well, because reading about a character who is like you is so important. I love the Brady family so much and I cannot wait for the next book!
