Okay, I love the single dad/nanny trope and this is no exception! It was definitely a little but of a different take, because Maven was June's nanny but she also was the team photographer, which I loved. I loved everything about this and the tropes were just so good. This is a single dad/nanny romance, but is also a forbidden romance, slow burn, age gap, forced proximity, and sunshine/sunshine, another trope I don't often see. Dallas and Maven tried to fight their chemistry for a long time, but they eventually give in and they are just PERFECT for each other. June is such a cute little girl! Dallas is the ideal book boyfriend. He is just such a sweetheart and I love that even though he's a famous football player, he wasn't arrogant or cocky. He truly just loved football and his daughter and those were his priorities. I seriously cannot wait for Maverick and Reid's books!
