I simply cannot believe that this a debut novel. If you like Sweet Home Alabama, then this book is for you. It's a take on the movie, with a few twists and I am absolutely floored at how good it was. The bourbon scene and the crawl scene! Holy spice, is all I have to say. I loved Nash and CeCe together! We've got a former NHL player turned part time cowboy and the country girl turned city girl turned country girl again, both of whom have always sort of crushed in each other but are just now getting their chance. This is the perfect small town romance, with brother's best friend, found family and so much more. I seriously need Ginger and Cole's book, and Wade's book too (maybe Ivy?). If you're a fan of Elsie Silver and Lyla Sage, then this book is for you. I'm in my cowboy romance era and I'm living my best life.
