Paranormal romances aren’t usually my thing, but I absolutely love anything Emily Goodwin writes so I knew I had to take the chance and I am so glad I did. This book blew my mind and I fell instantly in love with both Callie and Lucas.

Callie may be one of my favorite heroines of all times. She is a power witch, she is strong, she is sassy and well its just hard not to love her. Lucas, well who doesn’t love an immortal asshole? Despite being immortal, Lucas is seriously swoon-worthy. The two of them together? Insanely hot chemistry that will have blood boiling!

In their world, witches and vampires aren’t meant to be together, they tend to avoid each other and have for centuries, but they can’t fight the pull of each other. They work together in trying to solve the mystery of who is killing witches.

This book is pure perfection. It is steamy, it has suspense, the story is captivating and will have you on the edge of your seat. I couldn’t put this book down. I can’t wait for this series and for more of all these characters!

The Story of Home is book 5 in the Langley Park series and the story we have all been waiting for since book one.

Sam and Zoe have known each other their whole lives. Zoe is the little sister of Sam’s best friend, Ben. One thing leads to another and the confess their true feelings for each other. Of course, nothing is perfect, and Sam gets news that will forever change his life and his new-found relationship with Zoe. Zoe, of course, has no idea what happened with Sam other than he has a girlfriend and has left. She is heartbroken, but when a sudden change of events causes her to come back to Langley Park years later, will she finally learn the truth?

I have loved Zoe from the first time we met her in The Road Home. She is sassy, she is funny and she has absolutely no filter. We got to see a different side of Zoe with this story and I loved it. There is so much more to her than the feisty woman she is. Sam was always a bit more of mystery to me, he was always Zoe and Ben’s friend, Gabe’s brother, Michael’s cousin. I knew I would love their story, but I didn’t think I would love it this much. It was perfect. It was so fitting and true to who Zoe and Sam are.

This story was funny, it was full of drama and it was emotional. The Story of Home was the perfect ending to the Langley Park series and the perfect goodbye to these characters.

A MUST read for anyone who loves Langley Park.

I love the Misadventures series and no matter who the author is I found myself completely loving each one of them. Misadventures with my Ex is one of my favorites.

Eryn is celebrating what would have been her three-year anniversary when they man who walked away from her comes right back into her life. That man, Weston, was still in love with her, and hadn’t planned on being away for so long, but life got in the way and that all changed but he is more determined than ever to win back his one true love. Will he be able to win back the heart of his ex?

This was such a fun second chance romance. It is a quick read and one that you can easily read in one sitting. I loved Eryn and Weston’s chemistry, it was kindle melting. Despite being hurt Eryn’s love for Weston never really changed and their connection was still as strong as ever. You can’t ignore how your body feels and this story is proof of that.

If you’re looking for a fun, light and steamy second chance romance this is MUST read!

I love Kelly Elliott’s writing and I love Kristin Mayer’s writing, together they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been waiting for this book since it was announced, and it was worth that wait. I couldn’t put this story down.

Kendall is the new GM of a minor league NFL team that is making headlines and not in a good way. She is in need of new head coach and has her eyes set on former NFL player and coach Hunter Owens. However, they end up getting involved in a different type of game, one that involves the heart. Is this a game they will put everything on the line for?

I loved Kendall and Hunter from the very start. Kendall is a strong woman and she is taking charge in an industry that is male dominated. MAJOR kudos for her for standing her ground and kicking ass at her job. Hunter, well I was sold on him from the moment he was introduced. He is my book boyfriend weakness. Cowboy and tattooed. Kendall and Hunter had instant chemistry with each other, but of course, they don’t act on it right away and this leads to some hilarious banter.

This story was EVERYTHING I could have wanted and more. It was funny, it was steamy, and it was emotional in a way that I never could have expected. The antics of the football team had me laughing at times, those guys were insane.

Sweet Fate is the conclusion to Sweet Liar, so if you haven’t read that one I HIGHLY recommend to read that one first, since this book takes place right where we left off.

I love Dylan and Audrey and I couldn’t wait to read this book and get more of their story! Dylan doesn’t believe he is right for Audrey. He is too jaded when it comes to love and relationships, he feels he is too old for her. Yet, he can’t stay away from her. He is drawn to her. Will Audrey be able to get Dylan out of his own head and show them how perfect they are together?

I loved that this was in Dylan’s point of view and that we were able to get more of an insight into his mind and his emotions, especially when it came to Audrey. I love Audrey and that she wasn’t willing to give up on Dylan, she slowly broke him down little by little.

Their story is beautiful and the end of this is perfect. I couldn’t have wished for a better ending for this two. This duet is a MUST read along with the other duet’s in this universe.

I was in love with this story from very first meeting. I loved Alice and Reagan’s meet cute, he ran her right over, and I mean literally ran her over.

Alice was always full of sass and she kept Reagan on his toes. She really made him work for it. Reagan didn’t let that deter him, if anything it made him even more determined to spend time with Alice and to help her, especially since he was the reason she was injured. I loved the back and forth between the two of them.

Their chemistry was amazing. They had that friendly banter to start off with and then it developed into something more. This was a SLOW, SLOW, SLOW BURN but it was worth the wait because once they finally admit to each other how they feel and fully give into the attraction it was HOT.

Both Reagan and Alice’s group of friends were fantastic and added to the story. I LOVE Zoe, she is the queen of sass. Dora and Dallas may be my favorites and I’m crossing my fingers for those two!

I was not expecting this book to be so emotional, but man, it really got to me towards the end. I felt for Reagan and Alice. I wanted to punch Reagan for being such a jerk about it, but at the same time it was hard to hate him for everything that he was experiencing. My heart broke for Alice throughout the entire situation.

This is a fantastic new adult romance, with some sports mixed into it. I can’t wait for the rest of the books in this series!

Charity Ferrell is one of my favorite authors and I love the Blue Beech series. If you’ve read Just Exes you may remember Kyle, he is Gage’s best friend and partner. I was so happy for him to get a story!

Kyle and Chloe are neighbors that can’t stand each other, well mostly Chloe can’t stand Kyle. They have a history with each other. Kyle made a mistake years ago and it destroyed Chloe, but will he be able to make up for it and show her that he is a different man?

Kyle and Chloe’s chemistry was HOT. I loved their banter back and forth. There are sweet moments between the two. But their relationship is shrouded in many secrets that could destroy not only their relationship, but their families as well.

This story was completely unexpected. I think I experienced every single emotion while reading this. I was laughing, I was angry, and I was sad and heartbroken. I was not expecting this story AT ALL. As a note, don’t read this at work because it will make you tear up.

This was an AMAZING enemies to lovers romance that is fully unexpected surprises that will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride.

The Hunter brothers are back and this time it is the oldest brother, Deacon’s story. I have been waiting for this one since that very beginning.

Deacon and Violet aren’t looking for a relationship, they have already been there and done that, however, things get pretty heated between them at a party they neither of them are able to forget about each other and the connection they had.

The chemistry between Deacon and Violet was perfection. Their back and forth was prefect for them. This story was steamy, it was sweet, and it was a second chance at love that you never expect to happen but when it shows up you can’t deny it.

I was hooked on the this story from the start to the end. Of course, we got more of the whole Hunter family. I loved the turn this story took involving Deacon and Violet, but also their children.
This is a MUST read for anyone who has read any of the previous Hunter brother’s books or even if you haven’t it’s still a great story.

I love anything Emma Hart writes and this best friends to lovers romance is no exception. It had everything from Big Bang Theory references, hilarious banter, oreos and some steaminess.

Jay needed a place to stay, so why not move in with your best friend. However, Shelby is tired of his bachelor ways especially after Jay’s been living with her for the past three months. She creates the roommate agreement so they can happily co-exist with one another. Of course, when two best friends spend enough time together things start to change. Will they act on their emotions and admit their true feelings to one another?

This story was so amusing. I love Jay and Chloe. I loved their friendship, they were truly best friends, but their chemistry was also off the charts. This story had me truly laughing out loud at some of the things that happened between them.

This was a hilarious rom com that will have you laughing and swooning from the start to end.

J. Kenner does not disappoint and knows how to write some sexy alpha heroes, plus throw in the Stark Universe and you have the key to the perfect book.

Quincy and Eliza met in London years ago, however, Quincy disappears without a trace. Years later they are face to face again and they need each other. Will Eliza be able to forgive Quince? Will they be able to save those they are looking for?

This is the first book in the new Stark Security trilogy, and I am hooked! It was steamy and it had an element of suspense. Quincy and Eliza had instant chemistry in the past and that chemistry didn’t die down in the when they met again in the future. My heart broke when it came to Eliza and her sister, Emma’s story.

I was on the edge of my seat throughout the story. I wanted to know what would happen next. I couldn’t put the book down.

This is a must read book of 2019 and I know the rest of the series will be as well.
