Charity Ferrell is one of my favorite authors and I love the Blue Beech series. If you’ve read Just Exes you may remember Kyle, he is Gage’s best friend and partner. I was so happy for him to get a story!

Kyle and Chloe are neighbors that can’t stand each other, well mostly Chloe can’t stand Kyle. They have a history with each other. Kyle made a mistake years ago and it destroyed Chloe, but will he be able to make up for it and show her that he is a different man?

Kyle and Chloe’s chemistry was HOT. I loved their banter back and forth. There are sweet moments between the two. But their relationship is shrouded in many secrets that could destroy not only their relationship, but their families as well.

This story was completely unexpected. I think I experienced every single emotion while reading this. I was laughing, I was angry, and I was sad and heartbroken. I was not expecting this story AT ALL. As a note, don’t read this at work because it will make you tear up.

This was an AMAZING enemies to lovers romance that is fully unexpected surprises that will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride.
