This book was everything I thought it would be. After reading a few reviews, and of course the hilarious warning label, I couldn't help but want to read this. It was over the top, disgusting, trashy, explicit, absurd, and ridiculously funny.....and I could not get enough!! This read more like a spoof of erotica novels than an actual one, and for that I could appreciate it. I laughed, I cringed, I wanted to scrub my eyeballs, laughed some more, and then wanted to do it all over again!

Awwwwwww!! This book was very sweet. I absolutely adored the whole Alexander family! And Ridley was awesome too. Honestly all these characters were loveable. This book was like a breath of fresh air, sometimes you just need something light and fluffy, and that's exactly what One More Day was for me. I will definitely be checking out the next book, which is Nick and Raina's book. I'm sure that will be an interesting one.

Meh. Just meh. Honestly, I was a little underwhelmed by The Bet. There was definitely some cuteness, I liked how in love Travis was with Kacey, even we he was only 8 years old. I thought him picking on her when they were young, so he could then come to her rescue afterwards was the sweetest thing ever. But really that's about the only thing I could say was cute and peeked my interest.

The characters all seemed a little flat. I didn't really feel much for any of them, except maybe a slight distaste for Jake most of the time, because he could be an arrogant asshat. I did find the Grandma to be at least semi comical. Nothing hit home for me, there was lots of confusion and angst, and the pay off was just not worth the stuff you read through to get there. It seemed like way to big of a keep, at least for Kacey to get from where she started in the book, to where it ended. It just didn't feel genuine.

I have to say, I am quite surprised this was on the B&N bestsellers list. In my opinion there is an abundance of FAR better contemporary romance books out there way more deserving if the title "bestseller", but hey, what do I know?! Now on to bigger, and hopefully better things!

The Love Game was a decent book. There weren't really any surprises, it was everything I thought it would be. Good, mindless fun. Lots of cutesy characters, but none that were extraordinary.

I did enjoy the alternating point of views, between Braden and Maddie. It was nice to see what they were both thinking as the "game" progressed. I also liked that they were both playing eachother, it made it interesting.

This ebook was only 99¢ through B&N, definitely worth it. I'm just glad it wasn't any more than that or I might have been a little disappointed.

What can I say.....I really enjoyed the Mortal Instruments series, so naturally I wanted to give the Infernal Devices a whirl. I'm very glad I did. I loved being back in the Shadowhunter world, even with a new cast of characters. I also loved that a few old friends from TMI made an appearance in this book as well. It was neat to get a peek of Magnus from long ago.

I found most of the characters to be extremely interesting, and I know that I have barely scratched the surface with them. I honestly can't wait to learn more about Tessa and Will especially. I can already see a raging love triangle in the future with Jem, Tessa and Will. I'm sure it will be quite entertaining.

Cassandra Clare has quite a knack for leaving you wanting more. It seems as though every time I finish one of her books I'm left with nagging questions that need answering! I always need to know more! I'm glad to have started this series now, when the next two books are already available. I am looking forward to learning more about these likable characters.

I LOVED this book. It was one of the better urban fantasy books I have read. Angel's Ink was right up there with Kate Daniels and Mercy Thompson. I really liked that it was a male lead too. That gave this series a little something different to set it apart from the before mentioned books.

The characters were all so interesting in this book. I was pretty much instantly enthralled in their stories. I feel like I have only scratched the surface with all if them. I need more!!! I can tell you that what I do know about them, I LOVE! There was never a dull moment in this book. It seemed there was always a new intriguing character, or interesting twist around every corner. I can't wait to see what happens next in this incredible world, Jocelynn Drake has created :)

I just love this series!! It kind of reminds me of the Percy Jackson books, only with its own twist. I like that there are so many different myths, warriors, gods, and creatures! Its not just Greek gods. It's really a neat concept to throw together so many different mythological things. While the plot in these books can be rather predictable, it never takes away from how much I throughly enjoy the story. I think that's a pretty amazing accomplishment.

So much happened in Dark Frost, good and bad, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Things are steadily getting more intense all around. Relationships are growing and being tested as are the characters in general. I am so glad this book ended the way it did. I was getting a little worried that things that I thought for sure would happen in this book would be put off until book 4. I'm so glad I wasn't completely left hanging! I can't wait to see what's next for the Mythos Academy, and I will be waiting on pins and needles for book 4 to come in at the library!

Ok so, I guess I should start by saying how surprised and impressed I was with this book! It was way better than I expected it to be. While I have never read any books by Stephanie Meyer before (and I know this is wrong to do), I silently judged her because I could not stand the Twilight movies! I have heard the books are better, and maybe they are, but those movies were not enjoyable for me at all. The worst part about them was that I was fooled into watching 3 of them before I finally said enough! So I went into this book with some pretty low expectations, I'm so glad I was wrong! And while I don't think I will ever read the Twilight books, after reading the Host I will definitely continue on with this series!

I will say that it was a little slowing moving at the beginning, but after about the first 100 pages or so though I was hooked. The Host was not really an action packed book, there was a lot of deep thinking in this. I liked the whole questioning what makes a human, well, human. I also really liked the whole idea of the "souls", it was all very interesting. It was really neat to get the "souls" perspective on things too. At times I did find Wanda a little annoying, but ultimately I sympathized with her. I really like Ian, I thought he was a good man. Jared was a little harder for me to like. I did understand why he acted the way he did at times, but it really didn't make it any easier to read some of the things he did to Wanda. I thought Jeb was amazing! Maybe because he brought a little comic relief, but also because he was truly a good person.

I am looking forward to seeing what comes next in this series! Especially with the way this book ended! I feel like things are going to just get more interesting!
