I just love this series!! It kind of reminds me of the Percy Jackson books, only with its own twist. I like that there are so many different myths, warriors, gods, and creatures! Its not just Greek gods. It's really a neat concept to throw together so many different mythological things. While the plot in these books can be rather predictable, it never takes away from how much I throughly enjoy the story. I think that's a pretty amazing accomplishment.

So much happened in Dark Frost, good and bad, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Things are steadily getting more intense all around. Relationships are growing and being tested as are the characters in general. I am so glad this book ended the way it did. I was getting a little worried that things that I thought for sure would happen in this book would be put off until book 4. I'm so glad I wasn't completely left hanging! I can't wait to see what's next for the Mythos Academy, and I will be waiting on pins and needles for book 4 to come in at the library!
