I haven't enjoyed this book as much as [b:Storm & Stone|22432999|Storm & Stone|Joss Stirling|https://d2arxad8u2l0g7.cloudfront.net/books/1402049223s/22432999.jpg|24432431]. In that book, it was really like 'when will she find out', but in this book everybody is from the YDA :P So I missed that element a lot.

There were some cool things in this, like how did it all get to this point, but I liked the setting of the other book a bit better. It was still nicely written and I liked the plot developments in this, but I didn't felt really special or anything. I do like to see Storm & stone back in this book, and I liked that she made a bit of a change, but not too much and not on his nerdyness.

This book did made me think a bit more about why I liked the other one better so i'll be editing my review on that one

I Liked the first book of this series because I like the dragon idea of this series, but this book has a severe case of second book syndrome. Nothing happens, just a lot of blabla.

And when something happens, it does not live up to my expectations of the storyline, which are based on the first book. There are some unexpected things in it,
Spoilerlike her sisters transformation,
, but that did not made the book enjoyable enough.

The ending is a real cliffhanger but it is so big that it feels cheap.. I thought about giving it 2* but that I was reconsidering, I did not had any fun while reading this book so hence the hard rating of just 1*.

But I am curious to how the series will end. I will be reading the last book tomorrow on the train.

I liked this book better than the second, this is back to the level of book 1. Of course, you start right at the cliffhanger of book 2, so that is a good start. A lot happens in this book, there are a lot of turns in the storyline which I really liked and some of them were really unexpected. There is some lovetriangle in it but I like how everything turned out, it is all nicely wrapped-up. A good ending of the series and a fun read.

I really enjoyed reading this YA-thriller! It was nicely written, a quick read. I had no clue about who did it, and I like that a lot when that happens. It is a nice story about friendship in highschool, I got a bit of a Pretty little Liars vibe and a bit [b:Dangerous Girls|16074758|Dangerous Girls|Abigail Haas|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1356513050s/16074758.jpg|21869436] and that are two possitive things :)

Oh and It is a Dutch book, the setting is Tilburg, so for all Dutchies out there who want to read books from Dutch writers, I recommend this one! This writer has written two other books as well, which will defenitly be on my TBR. (The really big one.)

So, I did not enjoyed reading this book. I really cannot stand the main character, I want to slap her in the face and tell her to stop whining.

But. This book was not as bad as book 1, because there is less what is supposed to be romance. I state it like that because I don't think over the top horny kisses are romance, but that is my opinion :) I do think this book gives a wrong picture of kisses and love and all the things because it is all based on physical attraction. And it is a bit intense for the recommended age in my opinion.

The story gets a bit better than in book 1, there is happening a bit more. But, there is still a lot of kissing, a lot of naive moment that I rolled my eyes or facepalmed while reading this.

The ending is really promessing for book 3, but I'm also a bit afraid she will fall back in her old habits very soon, but we will see. I'm going to read [b:Ignite Me|13188676|Ignite Me (Shatter Me, #3)|Tahereh Mafi|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1375972497s/13188676.jpg|40181098] next month in a buddyread with Zwaantina, which I really look forward to because she shares my attitude towards this series. I will be reading [b:Fracture Me|17331518|Fracture Me (Shatter Me, #2.5)|Tahereh Mafi|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1383413233s/17331518.jpg|24034803] later today.

This all sounds like a 1* review. But there is something in the writing I really like. Not so much the striked parts, however those are interesting. There was a lot more of that at the beginning of the first book, what was really interesting. But there are some part in this book with that feature which I like. But there is the thing about the writing.

The thoughts of the main character are not all in full sentences. Sometimes worlds are repeated, sentences are not finished. And let's be honest: this is how your minds works. Who considers the world around them in full sentences? This causes you to be really in her head. I don't like that situation because I don;t like the inside of her head, I do not agree with her thoughts and decisions, but I do recognize this is really well done and really unique to this series, and I really appreciate that. So, the second star is purely for this!

It has been a while since I've read Destroy me, but I saw on my update that I gave it 3*. It did gave me new insights in Warner (which is the purpose of a novella), but I was not #teamwarner yet. Now, I've read Unravel me and Fracture me and I'm still #teamadam.

I hated that Fracture me started with a talking scene from Unravel me. I've read that already, and seeing if from his perspective did not made a lot of difference. But as soon as that scene was over, the book showed more of the Adam I'd got to know in Unravel me. So, I give this 3* as well, and I'd gotten more curious to the last installment of this series.

I have the Unite me edition with Juliette's journal. This did not add much to the story, but it was beautiful written, so also 3*.

Oh, I love this book. This book is about how a relationship start. let's be honest, we have a men and a women and it is a Nicholas Sparks so yeah, you suspect the love from the first page.

But this book tells their story so beautiful, you see it blossom before your eyes and it makes you feel warm happiness inside. This is how love should be, in real life.
SpoilerAnd then Kevin found out and it became a pageturning thriller, and than that ending, oh my. Oh my.

I cried at the ending because well of course, but I was on the train so it was a bit awkward, but it was impossible for me to save the last couple of pages until I was home 2 hours later so I accepted I was going to cry on the train XD

This review is in Dutch because this is a Dutch book that is not translated.

I had quite high expectations of this contemporary because this writer is so highly rated among my friends, and I had not read anything by Kasie West.

And this was quite a disappointment.

It was soooo predictable! Ugh. I really dislike that in a book. I was planning on rating it 2*, but then I read the last couple of pages and OK, I give 3. It is a really really really cute ending, even though it is really predictable from very early on.

I will be reading one more book by her and if that book is as predictable as this I won't be reading anything more by her. So many books, so little time :)

I remember I loved this book when I read it (I was 16 back then) because it gave me another perspective on the world around me. The main character, meets this blind girl and she shows him a world that is new to him.
