I enjoyed most of this story.
It’s not something that I would specifically look for usually because there are some trigger warning involved ,but again, no real life is perfect and these things can happen to anyone we know without even realising.
I was invested in finding out why her ex husband moved next door and even why some of the characters were so blinded by the truth. I think the author has done a great job in mixing character traits that makes you stop and think about them.
I have to say that many times, her inner monologue were a bit too much to deal with, too overthinking, less facts , and while these are perfectly fine and reliable , it gets boring at times to read on and on about it.
Overall this is a story that many domestic thrillers readers will enjoy.
Very grateful to the publisher for my review copy and my spot in the blog tour.

It’s a very short story, around 50 pages. But one that kept me glued to my kindle because I loved how quickly I was immersed in the story and how fast paced it moves.
The suspenseful moments were so on point and I just think everyone should read it.

The story starts exactly how you would expect, with a Big Bang that grabs your attention in seconds. There’s a lot going on in here. From the normal investigation of a missing girl in a small town where everyone knows each other, to drug cartels and murders. Those are always great elements to hook a reader like me.
I always enjoy a more personal touch in the private life of a detective and police procedural story. I know it’s not the case for everyone, but since my kryptonite has always been romance, will always look those moments in any thriller type of books.
And Missing Angel has that quite a lot. It makes me enjoy the overall story more, and it shows that even the strong, stone colder hearts have a human part along with emotions and love.
The middle part of the story felt a bit too much in my opinion but overall I’ve enjoy it for a good police procedural story that I know many of the author’s fans will enjoy.

Sworn enemies, Morelli and Constantine are powerful families with members that will fight for anything they want in life.
Whether it’s power, money or love, everything becomes a game.
Sometimes they just take without thinking about consequences, sometimes they get blinded by emotions they never thought existed.
And that’s the case with Nick Hudson. He’s a master at deceiving and creating a world for sinners.
She tried to run away, but he couldn’t let her go so easily. The time spent in the beautiful settings of Italy made me feel like I should visit them soon because all the food and places definitely made me want to wanderlust.
The story is full of spice and bedroom games. But, as usual, all those games have a start and a finish. This is not the end for these two, as there’s another book coming soon in this trilogy.

One of my favourite books of the year!
I loved it so much and I really wanted that regency part from it to be something real, some real book that it’s out there available for us to read it in full.
The chemistry and build up tension in here was amazing and I loved how they learned to love each other slowly.
Beautiful romance story that it’s unmissable!

I don't even remember enjoying a book as perfect as this one. And I'm not even joking. From the characters to the writing and story overall, everything is so well paced and placed that I didn't feel the time passing and the next second I was turning the last page of it.
I’ll start off by saying that I have read none of the author's books before, but I know that I’ll be looking forward to read everything from past.
Characters:
I'm going to repeat myself and say I don't remember reading anything similar. They are so easy to follow through the story, but don't think for a second that they are easy to understand. The author has created so many layers of traits and personality that even in the end, you're wondering if you truly understand who they were and what drove them to act like that.
Knowledge, power and recognition, money and greediness, a bit of love and lots of emotions. They both hold them all and thrive in them.
Secondary characters: interesting mix overall with intriguing interactions and appearances throughout.
Plot:
I can only say that I was grabbed from the first chapter to the last. I wanted to know what happened on that Halloween night and more so why and who did it.
What I didn't expect was all the turning corners and intriguing twists.
Conclusion:
Read it now!
I'm honestly hoping we will see this one on the big screen because it's more than worth it.

I say nope. And I have many reasons to held that up. From the first page to the fact that she’s still a doormat no matter what you’re trying to sell. There’s no real growth/grovelling, there’s no real discussion about anything in here , just mentions on page but more like paragraphs that unfortunately didn’t developed into anything.
I mean, the h finds her kinky side just by watching some porn?? Really?
Heck , I was even rooting for her to give him up and get down on her knees for Nash because that man had more balls than Drew.
I love second chance romance but this doesn’t even scratch the surface for a good story for me.

This story was such a fascinating read.
We get to know the 12 years Sophie that moved with her mother from the US to London.
Their lives changed when her mother falls in love with Matty and he moves in. He’s the exact father figure that she's missing in her life.
But there's much more going on around them. A serial killer is getting closer to her house while the victims have an astonishing resemblance to Sophie.
Twenty years later, the adult Sophie is living a very different life than she was dreaming about.
The fatherly figure was convicted to murder and years ago and she's receiving a summoning letter from him. She will find some answers to her long time questions in the end.
This is one of those stories that you just can't stop reading, even if it gives you goosebumps and chills throughout the chapters.
It's really addictive and suspenseful x with so many unexpected turns and one that I will highly recommend for any true crime or psychological thrillers lovers.

I loved this book so much!
The narrator has done such a great job in bringing to life these complex yet reliable characters. And I actually loved the narrator voice, nothing about high pitched or anything annoying like with others.
I loved Kitty and how she will do anything and everything to protect and secure the future of her sisters. She’s so inventive and the conversations she has are always so on point and I feel like I really want her to be my friend.
The interactions between her and Lord Radcliffe are hilarious at times but also such a slow burn romance!
I’m missing reading historical romance stories and this one hit the mark right away.
