This was so good! Perfect creepy atmosphere. The mystery of what was happening in the creepy small town was just incredible to read. I can't wait to pick up the next book in the series to see what will possibly happen with Fredo after this initial volume.

I didn’t enjoy the second book in the Clown in a Cornfield series as much as the first book. The first book was something new and different for me. The amount of gore and gruesome scenes while surprising in the first book were more expected in this one. But overall I did enjoy my reading experience of this book.

I thought the way we followed Quinn to college in her life and the way that we explored her dealing with her past traumas was really smart. Something that stands out for me with this series is how it shows real life terrors and situations.

I listened to this on audio, which I highly recommend because Neil narrates the book himself. Also if you’re listening ion audio make sure to read along because there are some fantastic illustrations throughout the book.

This was your stereotypical Hallmark movie story. After reading it I realized that the book was written by 2 different authors which I really think helped give the twin sisters depth and variety so they wouldn’t seem too similar. I had a good time with this story. I will look for more books by this author duo in the future.

Don’t let the 2 star review scare you away. If you need a good laugh this book is it. The shear amount of creativity needed to write something like this is impressive.

I went into this story expecting relatively little. For a $2 ebook how scary could this be? Each story got progressively creepier as I progressed through reading this novella. This book will tap into your every fear about the real world…and you will feel like you are being watched the whole time you are reading this story. This is like Goosebumps for adults, but with a much darker theme and very real terror.

This is a sapphic, vampire, coming of age story about a girl with magical powers that allow her to see when and how people will die…and the vampire who comes to help train her. This story is part Twilight, part Buffy the Vampire Slayer and part CW teen dramady.

This was a really fun read for a different type of October read.

I loved the atmosphere of this one. I was mostly uninterested in the plot.

I loved the tone and writing style of this book. The didn’t like the story. I don’t know how else to explain this. I will try other stories by this author in the future because I think her writing style is very comical and fun. Her world building and lore for the world was very vast. I just really didn’t care for the story itself.
