I didn’t enjoy the second book in the Clown in a Cornfield series as much as the first book. The first book was something new and different for me. The amount of gore and gruesome scenes while surprising in the first book were more expected in this one. But overall I did enjoy my reading experience of this book.
I thought the way we followed Quinn to college in her life and the way that we explored her dealing with her past traumas was really smart. Something that stands out for me with this series is how it shows real life terrors and situations.
