It was a fun, light hearted read. I did take a long, long time to finish it. I liked it, too. It has been a while since I’ve read anything so teen-sy. So it was a change, all right. I would like to read other books by this author, too.

A very interesting book. The story was a novelty, blending together some very popular characters from old classics. That definitely gave an edge to this book. The mystery was also quite a good one. A masterful dark gothic tale. I am assuming there’ll be a sequel at a later date.

A nice story, but so tragic. The book has a few life lesson quotes, which I loved. It is very short, that’s another plus in my eyes. But the tale is so tragic. Wish it had ended well.

A helpful reminder of the timeless principles of sensible living. I’m currently facing issues related to my lifestyle and food choices. So the content of this book seems very timely (for me). As the title says, it is a very Commonsense approach to eating. It is your way I ate in my childhood, but times have changed so much. Perhaps, conveniences have increased, but it has not been a change for the better in many aspects. A return to the wisdom of my elders is perhaps the solution to my predicament too. Great book. The content will be very familiar to followers of Ms. Rujuta Diwekar.

An interesting story. The suspense was pretty good; the killer was a most unlikely character, of course. I am not sure whether this will be a popular opinion, but the forgetfulness of the MMC drove me crazy. It felt like the reader could not fully trust what they were reading because the main POV was so unreliable. But nonetheless, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

A gripping story. A fresh take on all the nuances of the Ramayan that are already familiar to me. I have read this book before, but I had forgotten so much. I’m sure glad I picked it up again. This time I plan to complete the series right away instead of leaving it for later.

Another example of “reviews not matching my experience”. I read so many poor reviews about this book being all about abuse. Well, there’s abuse. But there’s the rising high above it too. The theme is not abuse - it is resilience. It is about the inner strength of the women in the story. I loved it and read it in one go. In spite of the horrors that the characters went through, this book ended on a very positive note, too. Great read!

Such a great story. Having seen the movie so many times, I could practically see the scenes. I did notice all the situations where the movie diverged from the novel. But such a great story. One thing though - there are too many spelling errors - changing h to b, b to h is too irritating, maybe scanning issues. That is a slight put off. To be fair, my physical copy does not have these errors.

A very, very complicated world. Very, very confusing cast of characters. I found it a bit difficult to follow in the beginning. But it was absolutely worth it. The story was very intriguing once I got into the flow of things. I believe I’ll definitely continue the series.

This book tackles several issues that plague business ventures while being equally applicable across varied industries. The author's wealth of experience and expertise is laid out in clear, engaging descriptions of real life scenarios. It is an invaluable resource for the aspiring business consultant but also offers great insight into the people-system dynamics, that is relevant to any working environment.

As they say, some books are to be digested.. read and re-read and re-read again. This is one of those books - one learns something new on every read. And it is a very quick read - there aren't hundreds of pages to wade through - always a win. Highly recommend.
