Thank you Wednesday Books and NetGalley for the eARC of Gwen & Art Are Not In Love! All opinions in this review are my own.
After reading Reputation over the summer, I looked forward to reading another Lex Croucher book and Gwen & Art Are Not In Love did not disappoint!
Hundreds of years after King Arthur's reign, the current princess Gwen is betrothed to Arthur. The only problem is that neither of them are interested in this relationship. The friendship between Gwen and Art that ends up growing due to their pact of faking their engagement is really sweet. By the end of the book, both characters grow more confident in who they are and what they want. Croucher's ability to write lovable characters who support each other is truly a strength of their writing and I look forward to their next book!

Thank you Celadon Books for the gifted copy of The Fury! All opinions in this review are my own.
So far, Alex Michaelides books have been mixed for me. I loved The Silent Patient but did not like The Maidens. I was worried that The Fury was going to be a repeat of the The Maidens, but while it did take me some time to get into the story and the structure of the narration, I did end up enjoying it.
The Fury is an extremely fast-moving mystery with short chapters and a non-chronological timeline. It reminded me a lot of the second Knives Out movie, Glass Onion. The characters are not very likable on purpose so that you are suspicious of everyone involved. No one has an alibi and the narrator does not seem incredibly trustworthy despite protesting otherwise. I liked all of the twists and turns of this mystery! Also, you will be rewarded if you have read Michaelides's previous two books.

Thank you Sourcebooks Landmark and NetGalley for the eARC of Sanctuary! All opinions in this review are my own.
I am happy that Sanctuary was offered again on NetGalley because I can't believe I haven't heard of this book before!
When the golden boy dies in a fiery accident, the town of Sanctuary slowly starts to unravel as more and more secrets are revealed. I love how this story is told from multiple points of view because it allows for the impact of secrets to be heightened. The short chapters kept me flipping pages as I had to find out what was going to happen next and who was telling the truth!
I recommend Sanctuary if you are looking for a dark and twisty mystery! I also look forward to watching the show!

Thank you Wednesday Books and NetGalley for the eARC of Going Bicoastal! All opinions in this review are my own.
I have loved everything that I've read so far by Dahlia Adler and Going Bicoastal is no exception! While it did take me a few chapters to get used to switching between the stories, I like how it shows both outcomes of Natalya's summer decision. At first, I favored the New York storyline but the LA one grew on me by the end.
I love how realistic and honest Adler's characters are. They are relatable and I appreciate the diverness among them. I like how in both storylines, Natalya grows as a person and tries new things. Despite the choices of where to spend her summer seeming vastly different in the beginning of the book, Natalya is still able to learn the same things about herself by the end of both stories.

Thank you Minotaur and NetGalley for the eARC of Coconut Drop Dead! All opinions in this review are my own.
I love the Spice Isle Bakery series and always look forward to another mystery with Lyndsay! I like how her family becomes more and more involved in the mystery with each book. Although I liked the second book in the series, Hard Dough Homicide better, the community and food help make Coconut Drop Dead stand out. I loved being able to see the Caribbean American Heritage Festival, especially because Spice Isle Bakery's application was such a focus in the last book.
I can't wait to see what trouble finds its way to Lyndsay's bakery next!
