Wow, I loved this so much! Lacey and Drew are just the best couple, and I enjoyed seeing their relationship develop and grow. This is basically Taylor Swift's "Invisible String" if it were a book because Lacey and Drew were connected for so long and had no idea. The book is spicy, but also heartwarming at the same time. I loved that Lacey is an NHL photographer and Drew was part of a band but no longer is, and is dealing with the ten year reunion of the band and all that comes with it. This is forced proximity and hidden identity but with some twists and turns that I really enjoyed!
This is a very informative and must have resource for those who are struggling with their hormones, or those who might not quite know what's wrong but need some insight into their own bodies. This book is packed with strategies, advice, history, details and more; it's a guide that is very necessary. I do wish that this had focused less heavily on older women and family women, and also had included information about younger women and their struggles, but overall, it was good.

I'm the type of person who wants to know why people tick, and I was really interested in discovering why people have the kinks that they do. Everyone is different, and has their thing they're into, and sometimes it's wildly different than someone else. I enjoyed getting to learn about the history of certain kinks, such as feet, spanking, orgies, etc. However, I draw the line at the mention of - and an entire chapter dedicated to - cannibalism. That's NOT a kink. In fact, it's quite the opposite. It's just wrong and illegal and a long list of other reasons why this should NOT have been included in a book that's not only about exploring the history of kinks, but trying to garner acceptance. In what world would we be condoning or accepting cannibalism? I'm not sure how this author got away with a whole chapter on cannibalism and how it is a perfectly normal and acceptable kink, but it's in there. I wanted to vomit, reading her try to justify this horrid act, and she used Armie Hammer and his disgusting deeds to further prove her point. Newsflash... he hurt people with his "cannibalism kink" and this is so not okay and nor is her writing about it and trying to pass it off as something lots of people are into for funsies. Absolutely NOT. Also, her only "credentials" are that she herself was/is a sex worker and she hosts a podcast talking about kinks. She really has NO authority to be speaking on kinks, their history, or anything else in this realm.

This was a super cute and fun single dad/nanny romance. I thought Marlow and Dylan were adorable together, especially because Dylan is very much a neat freak who likes order and Marlow is fun and creative and a little bit messy. I love the relationship that Marlow has with Lola and how Marlow was able to show Lola how to be free and creative and loud and just a messy kid! Dylan is such a softie for both of his girls and warms quickly to Marlow, despite initially not being too keen on her being his neighbor. This wasn't a very heavy book, but more lighthearted and just a good time, which I really liked. I loved that Marlow was more than just a nanny, but had her own career as an artist as well. I also loved that the author highlighted Marlow's neurodivergence and her struggles with it. This was just a great time and I enjoyed this book!
I really wanted to like this, but I just don't think it worked for me. First of all, the blurb doesn't mention that this an age gap romance and normally I wouldn't mind that, but the book leaned too much into it and made it all about that, to the point where Kathleen was uncomfortable. It definitely didn't work for this. Also, Kathleen is supposed to be older but came off super immature. I think the pace of the book was off as well, and I didn't feel the connection between the characters that I would have liked. I think the story does have good bones, but it just missed the mark.

First of all, the cover is beautiful and grabbed my attention immediately. This is a great MM romance that features Eddie, a baseball player in a slump and Mark, a reporter whose job is to follow Eddie around during his season and report on what's happening. Baseball is my favorite sport and the author does a great job describing it and the relationship between Eddie and Mark. They are opposites, but they work so well togther and they're definitely soulmates. This is so heartwarming and sweet and just makes you feel happy inside. It's such a nice palate cleanser and has quickly become of favorites.

Ruby and River are SO perfect together! They dislike each other from the beginning, but they soon realize they have much more in common than they think, and that they care about each other deeply. This is a small town romance, with the one bed trope and hate to love. The spicy scenes in this are so good! They had me blushing and the sixty second scene was so HOT. They bicker and banter but underneath it all, they're actually in love. The plot was great, and I think this is one of Laura Pavlov's best!
This second installment of the Runaway Ranch series was so good. I like my romance with a little mystery and suspense and this did not disappoint. I'm not always a big fan of the pregnancy trope but wow, the author knocked this one out of the park. There wasn't a dull moment in this book and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I loved Dakota and her strength, bravery and tenacity and also the realness in which Ava Hunter wrote her. Most women fall in love with their pregnancies and their babies immediately, but it was actually refreshing to see Dakota being so real and raw and admitting how hard it was to love her baby (and given her history, understandable) and that it took her time to love her baby. Davis is a grumpy cowboy, but boy, does he love his family and those he cares about, including Dakota. Seeing him step up to the plate for Dakota and his son (HIS SON!) was so beautiful and heartwarming. The spice was really good, and there was nonstop action. I really loved Fallon, and her mysterious love hate relationship with Wyatt, which I am hoping we will see more of in the future. I can't wait for the next book in this series!
I love a small town romance, and I love this even more because it's based on Peter Pan and references that throughout the series. The author does a great job weaving the story and the romance with these references, and I loved everything about Marina and Cassidy's story. Both characters are sunshine characters which you don't often find and it worked so well in this book. This is a small town romance, with forced proximity, roommates, friends to lovers, found family and spice that will knock your socks off. There were plenty of moments that had me laughing, along with moments that made me blush. At times, it could be difficult to keep everything and everyone straight within this book, but I truly enjoyed it and I cannot wait for the next book in the Never Harbor series.
I love a book about books, and this one did not disappoint. There are so many references to classic books, and I loved that this was included. This is an intriguing story that seems like a typical romantic comedy, but has much more depth and seriousness as Erin is grieving the loss of her best friend, a life altering issue that causes her to struggle in every facet of her life. The one thing she has to rely on is books, but she doesn't realize that she's actually connected to James through books as well and it's the thing that brings them together. I loved all the literary references and the idea of a book swap with a mystery man through a small free library. This is a romance at its core, but it features so much more: complex family dynamics, loss, mental illness, divorce/affairs, terminal illness, career disillusionment, school bullying and the long term impact it has on someone, etc. Erin and James were so amazing together, and this book definitely made me want to go out and find a little library in my community!
