I love a small town romance, and I love this even more because it's based on Peter Pan and references that throughout the series. The author does a great job weaving the story and the romance with these references, and I loved everything about Marina and Cassidy's story. Both characters are sunshine characters which you don't often find and it worked so well in this book. This is a small town romance, with forced proximity, roommates, friends to lovers, found family and spice that will knock your socks off. There were plenty of moments that had me laughing, along with moments that made me blush. At times, it could be difficult to keep everything and everyone straight within this book, but I truly enjoyed it and I cannot wait for the next book in the Never Harbor series.
