wow, what a really refreshing and insightful read. I really enjoyed the first book that I read from this author and this book was a well regarded follow up. I feel like the unique perspective of a teen Dad is something I haven’t really explored much, and I truly appreciated the insight into the structure of lifestyle, the burdens faced by others, and how the intricacies of community both uplift and weigh down people in disadvantage situations. Overall, it was an amazing read. I’m so happy to have been recommended this.

made it halfway through the first couple chapters before I kind of gave up this book may have some points to be made, but do I have the emotional time and energy to parse through the religious veil covering all of this advice? No. I do not. And that is where my boundary lies.

I give this book .25 stars because at least the words hit the page and I could read the sentences. overall it was the greatest letdown of a novel that I have beeb thrust into. I am all for gun reform even like restructuring of a lot of our current thoughts about this gun debate as well as feminist takes on the modern struggles of society. however, I did not need nor ask for these opinions From A Man. It is so evidently obvious that he is writing this book from the perspective of a man who is struggling to write from the perspective of a woman. This awkwardness comes through in the most obnoxious ways where nearly every character in this book is female; nevertheless,  each and everyone of them is flat unappealing, unrealistic, and under developed. There is little to no character ark to be seen. The essential plot points of this narrative feel contrived. I cannot warn readers about this book more. It was a terrible read. There are so many better books about gun violence, and the way that our country struggles to deal with this imperative social issue that handle it much better than this novel. burn it all down really just burn it down.

Reese Witherspoon lied to us several times and told us this book fly and hot and sexy, and it is not. It is not the thriller I’ve been waiting for it is not even a hot book. I read it. It was like unbelievable in the worst way. the plot felt thrown together and made to work for this over arching narrative that barely contributed to the main characters development. I was looking for a girl boss and what I got was the most basic thriller you could imagine and I can’t even call it a thriller because it wasn’t that exciting. It was a quick read, but I would not recommend.

as a future doctor in new orleans, who am i to refute any of this
as a scholar of the jfk assassination, i would like to refute much of this
as a fellow conspiracy theorist, i guess i can let it slide

What a Beautiful Story. Rehabilitation comes in many forms and none of them are Digging Holes. i'll post my essay after ash edits it

just fine i guess? i think there could have been a lot more said or a lot less in a more nuanced perspective. i get that we hate google but could we find a better way to present this information?

Never in my life have I laughed so hard while reading a book. Perhaps the British have colonized my mind. What I wouldn't give to read a book that explained how to interact with the entire universe

It could have been beautiful; it could have been everything. I'm not sure what about this story line failed to allure me, but I felt myself drifting out of the romance quicker than I expected. Maybe it's because love is a lie, though that's not necessarily this author's fault

Love interest named Josh. cannot say more
