Reese Witherspoon lied to us several times and told us this book fly and hot and sexy, and it is not. It is not the thriller I’ve been waiting for it is not even a hot book. I read it. It was like unbelievable in the worst way. the plot felt thrown together and made to work for this over arching narrative that barely contributed to the main characters development. I was looking for a girl boss and what I got was the most basic thriller you could imagine and I can’t even call it a thriller because it wasn’t that exciting. It was a quick read, but I would not recommend.
