Lilith

I give this book .25 stars because at least the words hit the page and I could read the sentences. overall it was the greatest letdown of a novel that I have beeb thrust into. I am all for gun reform even like restructuring of a lot of our current thoughts about this gun debate as well as feminist takes on the modern struggles of society. however, I did not need nor ask for these opinions From A Man. It is so evidently obvious that he is writing this book from the perspective of a man who is struggling to write from the perspective of a woman. This awkwardness comes through in the most obnoxious ways where nearly every character in this book is female; nevertheless, each and everyone of them is flat unappealing, unrealistic, and under developed. There is little to no character ark to be seen. The essential plot points of this narrative feel contrived. I cannot warn readers about this book more. It was a terrible read. There are so many better books about gun violence, and the way that our country struggles to deal with this imperative social issue that handle it much better than this novel. burn it all down really just burn it down.
