’His teeth dragged over my earlobe and I felt it everywhere. “Why the hell am I kissing the biggest pain in the ass I know?”
I dug my fingernails into his skin as his mouth did wicked things. “Because I’m irresistible, you cocky dipshit.”’
This was such a fun read. Mr. Wrong Number has some of my favorite tropes ever: brothers best friend and frenemies to lovers. To add onto that, this also incorporates anonymous texting, which usually isn’t my thing—but I loved it in here.
I think my favorite thing about this story was the characters banter. They had so much chemistry, and fun back-and-forth, and this read exactly like a romcom that I was looking for. The characters could be a bit insufferable at times, but I think their relationship makes up for it overall.
Really enjoyed this one, and listened to it on audio as well which I definitely recommend. I’m really excited to read more from Lynn Painter, and hopefully get into her YA stuff as well.

Objectively this isn't the a great book nor is it that well written, but when I tell you I DEVOURED this shit, I ate this up like it was a 10 course meal and I'm not sorry about it
I really couldn’t tell you how many Kasie West books I’ve read at this point. I think it’s 5 or 6? I’d actually have to look. I do have mixed feelings about Kasie West as an author. I love two books from her (this one, and Moment of Truth), think most of her books are pretty mediocre, but cute, and their are two that I really dislike. At any rate, they all blend together in time.
I actually really liked everything about this book though. Lacey was a fun character (who I though had OCD for the entirety of the book lol). She was very energetic and fun, and not afraid to put herself out their. Donovan, the interest was cute too. He kinda reminded me of Cooper, a bit from [b:

Side characters were good, and the plot was very entertaining. I’m a big movie buff, I love watching movies and reviewing and criticizing them, (much like I do with book). Donovan the man character is actually a film critic so that was interesting, and the whole mystery aspect was cool (although it was pretty easy to guess the culprit). I don’t remember if Love, Life, and the List had a mystery aspect, but I know Moment of Truth did so I thought it was interesting Kasie West incorporated the mystery aspects in this series.
Anyways this is probably favorite or second favorite Kasie West books, and it’s a big goal of mine to read all of her books.

So I won a Goodreads giveaway in November (I know I’m an awful person for just now reading this) and just now got around to reading the arc version of ‘Go With the Flow’.
This graphic novel is a middle grade/YA coming of age story, following 4 best friends as they tackle injustices in their school which have to do with periods.
I LOVE THIS GRAPHIC NOVEL. This is my favorite graphic novel I have ever read because:
• Their is a whole bunch of feminism, and girl ‘love’ spread in this book. The book itself sends a good message for younger girls, teens, and adults alike.
• The way the characters are written are amazing! Our characters are ALL unique. The whole time I was reading this graphic novel I was thinking, “All these characters are so different and unique and I LOVE it!” One of our main characters is a lesbian (maybe bisexual but it wasn’t mentioned). Her name is Christina and while she’s not exactly ‘come out’ yet, she’s definitely in love with a girl! Abby is an awesome feminist and an amazing artist (which is expressed throughout the story). Brit is a black MC, and Sasha (the new girl) loves music. All of these girls also have different body types, ethnicities, and skin colors and I LOVE it. It’s so diverse and such a great novel for younger kids and teens.
• AND THIS BOOK DELVES ON THE TOPIC OF PERIODS AND WHY THEY AREN’T A BAD THING! Periods aren’t a bad thing! And the way the book makes an amazing discussion and fights for equality with women and women’s rights + their periods is so amazing and such a great novel to read.
• And the art style is gorgeous!
All in all, I love this graphic novel with all my heart, and I’ll definitely reread it in the years to come!

This graphic novel wasn't anything special. But it was so cute, and enjoyable to read. I'm really not gonna write a full length review on a graphic novel, but 4 stars for it's adorableness, the cute, light hearted, romance, my enjoyment, and the good representation.
God I loved this book! - REVIEW TO COME

Going into this book I really don't know what I was expecting. A cute, 3 star, YA contemporary, I guess? I read a book by this author a month or two ago, and I really liked it. But this book is 10 years old, and I wasn't really expecting much. I was entirely wrong about that. Entirely!
What I got instead, was so much more. First of all, I want to applaud [a: Sarah Dessen|2987|Sarah Dessen|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1372181953p2/2987.jpg] for making me cry, more than once, might I add. This is one of those books that makes you feel hopeless and heartbroken and inexplicably sad for the MC. She went through so much, and I sympathized with her in a way I do with only characters I care about immensely. By the way, the MC Ruby, was great all around.
For the first 200 pages of this book Ruby is sad, lost, so unsure and untrustworthy of herself and everyone around her. She'd never had kindness just given to her. She'd never had kindness ever, and for her to realize people care about her, and overcome the abuse, neglect, and trauma that she went through made me so happy.
I also love the side characters in this book, every last one of them. The side characters don't feel like side characters, because they are written so so well. Ruby's sister Cora is such an awesome character, and we really get to see her development. Jamie is great too, he's honestly just a human Golden Retriever. The dog, oh god, Roscoe is adorable and I fell in love with him. Olivia, and everyone else, and Nate. God I love Nate.
Nate is also a character who goes through a lot of trauma and heartbreak, and I loved him and cried for him, as much as I did Ruby. He's such a great person, and character, and the things he went through, absolutely broke my fragile heart.
I just love this book. The way it portrays emotional, mental, and physical trauma, and many other hard hitting subjects, whilst also being funny and uplifting in the end, was something else. I just loved this book with my whole heart.
The ending was a bit cheesy, but eh what can you do. It was happy and that's all that matters to me.
Definitely reading more from Sarah Dessen, because I've loved the two books I've read from her so far.
