I absolutely loved this book and this series! I've not read a book like this for a while and I forgot how much I love a bit of spicy urban fantasy/paranormal romance! I read this book in a day and it's the first time I've done that in a while.
I love how we got to know the characters more and the story was more than just 🌶 and smut.I'm a sucker for a love triangle and much like Elena I can't help but fall for Black I much prefer him to Jonah. I love how the issues with the rival pack that Black took over on the first book and can't wait to see how this ends. Especially after the cliff hanger the book ended on! I'm gutted I have to wait till next year to read the final book (I'm also gutted knowing it's the final book in the series!) At least Ann has written plenty of other books to keep me going! She definitely has a new fan and I can't wait to read more of her books!

This book is pure trashy smut and I absolutely love it! It's been a while since I read a book like this and I forgot how much I loved them! <spolier>Elena shifts for the first times meets her pack alpha who thinks she's a spy/distraction from a rival pack as she is every thing he wants in a want! But soon discovers she not, and the reason she drives him wild is because she's an omega a special wolf made to drive alphas wild and he's decided to claim her as his and will do anything to ensure this happensa! Elena on the other hand really isn't happy with this but she can't help but what him!!!!
This book contains scenes that will make you blush and need a cold shower. I know u shouldn't be I love Black and understand why Elena can't resist him! I can't wait to dive straight into the next book! Ann Denton definitely had a new fan!

Earth's population has grown out of control so life spans are now limited... unless you choose to become a commune! Nearly 25 years ago Alex, Kate, Sierra, Ben and Mike choose to do this and there minds were combined into 1 body they can live for a combined age of 150 but only get 4 hours per cycle.
The premise of this book really intrigued me and it didn't disappoint! The 5 vote to go along to a death park where you can play games in an attempt to win more time to add to your lifespan so they can get upgrades with there next body.
Whilst there Kate accepts a deal that seems to go to be true and it turns out it is.
I loved how it went between the 5 different personalities/characters seeing how they spent there 4 hours and how they all start to turn on each other when Mike goes missing! It also gave quick flashbacks to how they all decided to be a commune as well as what happened in Montreal, which caused more rifts.
This book kept me guessing the whole way through trying to work out who was behind everything. The games they took place in where really good as well I liked you could try and join in with some to work out the clues.
As as said this book kept me guessing the whole way along and I actually gasped at the final twist at the end! I just didn't see it coming!
This was a great dystopian/sci-fi whodunit and is definitely worth a read

The book takes place in London in 2054, following a global pandemic and a revolution that didn't quite turn out quite as planned. Everything from clothes to what you listen to/watch are restricted by the 'bad taste laws' in an attempt to make everyone better (and let me tell you I would be guilty!)
H and his partner Bagby are in the police division responsible for enforcing these laws.
One day H is called to a murder of a past reality TV star as there's a change the murder maybe a vigilante murder and connected to the 'bad taste laws' the case is given to H, but its not all quite as it seems......
I really enjoyed this book and even after just reading the prologue I could tell this is a book I would enjoy and there was something about the tone I really enjoyed. The book is the perfect mixture of distopian drama and whodunit. It has you rooting for the rebellion/2nd revolution whilst also trying to guess who the murder was and why it took place. There where plenty of twists and turns just when you thought you had figured something out there was another twist! If you love distopian stories and whodunit's I would definitely recommend you give this book a try, and if not still give it a try you'll probably end up enjoying it !
