I knew I would love Shea so much. Her story was everything that I had hoped it would be. 

Both Trace and Shea have had feelings for each other for as long as they can remember, but for one reason or another they have never expressed those feelings. Weeeeeeelllllll one thing led to another, she gets hammered in Vegas and wakes up with a new husband.. flash forward to years later and they are still married, Trace consistently popping up, still married and Trace refuses to let her go.

This was filled with so much! Twist, turns and so much more. I loved everything about this book honestly. They had insane chemistry when together, I love a possessive man and Trace delivered on that, they truly were end game. Shea is such a strong willed FMC and so absolutely fierce, but I mean being the only girl of 8 siblings in the O'Rourke family, I feel like she had to be.

One thing to mention is there is always A LOT of characters so if you have not read quite a bit of her books with The O'Rourkes then you can definitely get lost with the amount of names thrown out there. I feel like to truly enjoy it, definitely check out all the other books before diving into this, but I loved it all the same. 

I'm so excited that we get a new series with the Quinlan empire.

While this was a cute read it was highly unbelievable which left me wanting more. While I know reading is a lot of times is unbelievable, this one made me rolls my eyes with everything. 

I know I know the events lead to the meet cute of Eli and Alex, but you're telling me that an ex-mob associate can't check the pulse of guy to see if he's really dead or not, ummmm yeah ok.

Also another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was there was no talk of Eli being trans that we saw. There were a few comments here and there but when it came time it was just glossed over, it really made it hard to believe that these two had a meaningful connection when something major wasn't talked about.

Brynn and Pierce had one insane night together six years ago. They thought they were never going to see each other again, until one thing after another and they find themselves in the same city. in the same place. in the same small villa. together with no where else to go.

This had just the right amount of holiday cheer without it being too cheesy. Pierce and Brynn had some tension, that was THICK!!! Being stuck in a small villa didn't help matters any until it finally snaps. Watching them fall in love and get their second chance was awesome. I loved the banter and family dynamics as well.

This was such a cute holiday romance.

Sophie, girl, you are INCREDIBLE!!! She was hilarious and I loved some of the things that she said. She is the type of girl that you want as your bestie! Watching these two give in to what their wanted and then falling in love, amazing. 

Bram, my goodness Daddy Bram! He was everything I could have hoped for. He was sweet, caring, and the mouth on that man 🥵 absolutely delicious! He knew what he wanted and he wasn't afraid to say it! 

The mutual pining, the tension, the chemistry, their insane passion, the daughters/best friends acceptance, everything was perfection.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I will say that if took me a little bit to get into and I felt as if the middle dragged on a bit but once it got toward the end I really enjoyed it. 

I kinda figured out the whole drama pretty early on and the outcome was amazing. 

I really liked when Nico began showing actually feelings and not his always unhinged happy Christmas feelings. Blake was a bit naive and definitely had a bit of Stockholm syndrome but I think that they make a really cute and perfect couple.

I have liked the majority of other books in this series and I really really wanted to like this one, but it fell extremely flat for me. 

The lack of romance or anything until almost the end made their relationship seem unauthentic and the pacing was just wayyyyy off for me. They were way to wishy washy to fully enjoy them as a couple.

After losing his first love at such a young age, Jonah has sworn off relationships and love of any kind and has become a serious grump. He sticks with only hooks up. 

Alan is such a ray of sunshine that when he meets the grumpy hook up of his best friend/roommate, also a long time crush, he is shocked to say the least.

I enjoyed watching theses two constantly cross path after they actually meet, its like the universe was trying to tell them something. These two are really the opposite but somehow they work really well together.

I loved how Jonah slowly began to heal his heart. It only took the right person to show him that he can love again.Such an emotional read.

Ford and Mia both find themselves in need of a relationship, so they decided to tackle it together. They both have an attraction to each other from the beginning but keep in secret.

These chemistry is insane once they give in. I will say that at times I was a little put off by the reaction Mia would have to certain things and instead of talking to Ford, as the strong FMC she is portrayed to be, she doesn't, she keeps it to herself and pushes Ford away. 

Trent and Thomas were both absolutely terrible and I thought the third act break up was ridiculous. 

Overall it was a cute read and I enjoyed Fords growth throughout to be a better man for Mia.
