While this was a cute read it was highly unbelievable which left me wanting more. While I know reading is a lot of times is unbelievable, this one made me rolls my eyes with everything. 

I know I know the events lead to the meet cute of Eli and Alex, but you're telling me that an ex-mob associate can't check the pulse of guy to see if he's really dead or not, ummmm yeah ok.

Also another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was there was no talk of Eli being trans that we saw. There were a few comments here and there but when it came time it was just glossed over, it really made it hard to believe that these two had a meaningful connection when something major wasn't talked about.
