๐ I'm obsessed with this Hallow's Cove Series. Like seriously obsessed!! Every book as been incredible. Kass writes a beautiful love story in Gaming with the Gargoyle. It's a time jump from Au Naturale in Hallow's Cove by about 1.5 years ISH? We find Gabe and Gwen being the epitome of friends to lovers and pining. GOSH the pining from Gabe! I swallowed this up so fast.
The epilogue had me BAWLING. Fat, wet tears running down my face. Probably the best epilogue I've ever read.

This was such an amazing anthology!! It's not like others where there are bunch of short stories smashed together. This had short stories from different authors, but with an overarching plot. I loved it!!

I really enjoyed seeing Layla's story unfold after readying Vow for the Vamp. Her story is sweet, quick, and lustful! I love the openness and acceptance of all things in this book, and just really how spicy it is!!

This was NOT what I expected, but I loved it! The book has adventure, self growth, and action. The story is not one I've read before, but absolutely want to read more. Horror romance is new for me, but I love it. Gwen is portrayed in a way that I really felt connected to her and her thoughts, what made her her. There were quirks written by the author that I enjoyed reading because she made them seem normal and not out of place, which I wish more authors did. Ambrosius is terrifying, but freeing. There's so much more to say, but it would be spoiling the book!! Just know that it takes awhile to warm up to him, but worth it in the end.

E is sassy and going through HELL with her professors while finishing her M.A. in Library Sciences. Plutus is rich and obsessed (there's so much more, but I'm not spoiling anything!) and spoils her.
If you like snarls, sass, smirks, and sexy times, you will love this book. (It's open door)

Thurl is so lovable, but Jade stole my heart. She is caring, kind, anxious, and an amazing cat mom. We also got to see a lot of Kendal and the whole wyrfang family and I'm really hoping to see this same style of writing through the rest of the books. Guarded by a Monster is the #2 book in the series of Monsterous Guardians and important that you read in order, book #1 has a lot of information on HOW the main characters meet and why. I feel like part of the family when reading this series. And Granny! Love love Granny!
