Phenomenal. Profound. What more can I say? this book was a life changing read or, at least it would have been if I hadn't already read Harry Potter. 

Life lessons to be learned: people, like books, should not be judged solely upon how they seem. Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy, not everyone pulling you out is a friend. though sometimes they are.

Do not ever be silent, or anything else, to spare someone. Be you, very loudly. Unapologetically, you.

This book was surprisingly good :) It started out a little stiff. The pace picking up as I went. The world building was pretty solid; I love Daine, though I do tend to picture her differently from the cover model.

You know a book fits into high fantasy when it has a map at the front of it. Daine is thirteen, and alone. HEr and her horse, Cloud, are searching for their next home. Enter, Onua, A K'mir who instantly takes a liking to Daine. 

I can't wait to see what they will get up to next.

this one definitely did not disappoint. I officially BROTP Aelin/Rowan.official OTP Celaena/Aelin. I love how it was friendship and trust rather than romance that healed her in this way. 

In this continuation of the throne of glass series we follow Celaena on her journey to recovery from all of the shit she has endured in her life. I do mean everything. A very compelling read. Queen of Shadows is already on request from my local library.

This was a very easy read, even with five courses I finished it in a couple of days. Daine learns to shape-shift in this one.

This one was definitely my favorite of the three I have read in this series. these are by no means wonderful quality; they are, however, easy and fun to read. I will certainly look forward to any others in the series.

This book was a very welcome change from my traditional fare. Taylor Simon has Asperger's syndrome, her case is relatively mild. She doesn't like change, at all. She does like orchids, they are uncommon like she is. She does like friends; it is difficult making them though. 

This book is a beautiful coming of age story in which a girl learns that she doesn't need a boyfriend to live her life. She just needs to accept that certain changes are unavoidable. The voice of this novella makes it very difficult to read, but, absolutely worth every page of struggle.

Wow...I kept avoiding this book because of the TFIOS debacle, but, damn! Tumblr you did not steer me wrong this time. Celaena is great, but my lady love is definitely Princess Nehemia. That is one fierce woman. 

Celaena Sardothien is the girl known the world around as the Queen of the Underworld. She can kill a person with their own corset/doublet. She even managed to get the closest to escaping her slave camp Endovier. 

This made me laugh, cry, shout with rage; in a word—perfection. 

Everyone who is into faerie lore knows that it is the Seelie court you have to look out for. The world building in this book was very implausible, Kaye not knowing who she is makes perfect sense. A knight of the Seelie court being interested in a human does not. Roiben would not likely give up his name he would sooner kill someone than to do that, he surely wouldn't be tricked by a pixie, let alone a human.

This book just didn't do it for me at all. Not only the implausible world building but the stereotypical assumption that the Monarchy system would still be at play even mystical realms during the present day is ridiculous. 

If i could give this book 1.5 stars I absolutely would.

Mediocre at best. Very lousy sex scenes that were completely pointless to the plot. slow going. Very stereotypical in terms of assuming that women say make love. We don't we say sex. because that is what it is. I would give it 1.5 if that existed.

Galen knows things, these things are: I am Syrena, I am a really fast swimmer, my world's form of government is perfectly normal and healthy, I have a Half-Breed girlfriend/future wife. 

the is of what Galen doesn't know is even longer. this list includes but is not limited to: murderous plots to overthrow the monarchy, that his brother's new wife is a fraud, and his ex-girlfriend is still alive.
