This was quite a slow burner and I didn't think I would finish it when I was early in but I'm really glad I persevered with it as it turned out to be quite a beautiful read. Well drawn characters and an actual plot (only so much naval gazing I can cope with). It was really dark in places but overall was hopeful and didn't leave me feeling utterly despairing.

Oh I've only read one Agatha Christie before this but this has made me really want to read some more. Brilliantly fun and funny, perfectly drawn witty characters and a plot to keep you guessing. Everything you could want from an Agatha Christie I think.

Oh yes, I think these might become a little addiction this year.
