I liked this book, and that the author toned down the constant use of the nicknames, it made it FAR easier to read, and a lot of the new characters were enjoyable, but there was a lot of reusing sentences and some parts contradicted themselves "My hair was up" but "he had to move my hair to the side" small things like that - the part that bothered me the most is posted at the bottom as a spoiler.
Plot: 7.8/10 - there were parts that surprised me, but some of the plot just made me a little frustrated.
Spice: 9/10 - there wasn't a lot of spice, but when there was it was good!
Overall: 8/10

Okay so the things that bothered me is:
-When one female character is riddled silly with power, don't get me wrong I like a female with power, but I feel like it was over done a little until the end then it balanced more, but other female characters should have been a wee more empowered.
-Why wouldn't she have just unalived Mab?!? That made zero sense, why go for a hand when she could have gone for the head?!
-The Mab vs. Estrella was just off, Mab is supposed to be this very powerful queen of everything that everyone is afraid of, and is centuries old, why is she showing every emotion on her face? And why is she bathing with her enemy? The dynamics just seemed way off and misplaced, unless there is some reason coming up in the next book to explain that a little more.

I really enjoyed this book! They tied together to make it feel like a whole story rather than novellas (I would have liked either, but this gave me way more to the stories!)
I was a little meh about the repeated "I'm so small and un human sized, and his hands are enormous" I'm not here to kink shame, big hands are hot but if his hands can cover my whole back/torso he might need to see a hand specialist LOL!!!!
My rating is broken down by book within the book; (Potential Spoilers!!!)
♡Under One Roof: Probably my favorite story! Close proximity, enemies to lovers - this actually taught me about a sexuality I was not aware existed. This story was 10/10
♡Stuck With You: This story was close, but came in 3rd for me - but I did enjoy it none the less! Insta love, miscommunication. - This story had me chuckling! 8/10
♡Below Zero: This story came in 2nd, but it was the charecters development that saved it for me.

So I wasn't sure after reading some reviews especially centering around the tik noises of the clock - but omg that was the most heart wrenching part to me! Buckle up readers, this may contain spoilers!
I was super impressed with how the author was able to incorporate Wendy's whole name along with both her brothers names from the OG Disney movie, and the other characters on the side! My initial thoughts was how was this going to make a good story, like how do we manage to fall for a villain but Emily did it and James story had me in a chokehold (pun intended lol!)
The spice and the plot worked perfectly together, in fact the plot has some parts that genuinely I thought knew where they were going, and then blindsided me!
Onto the ratings!
---TURN BACK IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILS! Past this point their may be major spoils-------
-Plot: 8.7/10 the story actually was making sense, even with the theories on the OG Disney version and how the littlest things from the movie were incorporated in the book, it actually made the read even more fun just finding all the "easter eggs" for lack of a better phrase lol. The only thing that dropped the score for me was some things were bleatingly obvious that the characters were naïve to (which by the way, I wish Wendy wasn't painted as so naïve, but I also totally get why and it went with her character.)
-Spice: 10/10 He's tall, he's dark, he's handsome AND he is sometimes unhinged! It hit all the right kinds of spice for me. ;) Liking some of these spice scenes made me remember "oh yeah... I do have daddy issues" LOL!
-Overall: 9.5/10 Minus the like two hiccups where things should have been obvious to some characters based on how they are written as a person, this book was awesome! I can't wait to read more like these!

Once again this series hits its mark!! This series has been great, I'm so looking forward to Vol. 5!!!
I honestly was excited to read this after reading Hooked (10/10 btw!) But this book fell a little short for me, some of the plot just seemed a bit all over, but I did end up liking this book!
Ali I hope you read reviews on here - because I think this one has been my favorite (and I have read all of Ali's books lol!) In short, this book made me laugh quite a bit, it also made me upset at parts until I realized that it was actually making me reflect on myself, which is not something that many books can make me do lol! Ali hit the nail on the head with this dynamic of funny, sexy, and science!
Plot: 10/10, the plot had me in headlock to the point I didn't realize how far I had gotten in the book before there was spice - I felt like I could really feel some of the emotions Elsie was going through with the hopes soaring high, to dipping in the lows.
Spice: 9.8/10, literally the only ding not making this a 10 is that I needed more LOL.
Overall: 10/10, Seriously as I said, I have read all of Ali's books and this one was worth checking on the Amazon pre-order every two weeks since ordering to see if maybe it would be shipped sooner LOL.
Now onto some spoilers; Please turn back now!
Ali if you are reading this then I BEG you please add something of Jack & Elsie in the future! I need to know how he proposes, will the wedding have a Twilight theme, what flavor of cake will they have?! I'm invested!! (Also what the heck happened to Dr. L(oser face)? I need to know justice happened!! LOL!
