This was fun - gave me great Assassin's Creed game vibes with the little additions of key fighting styles from the franchise (love me a good assassination from a window). I'd be interested in continuing the manga series.

Caleb, like all of Liam's characters, has a traumatic and mysterious past. One of my favorite aspects of Campaign Two was the slow burn (pun intended) of Caleb's backstory reveal - his methods and foreshadowing are top notch. O'Brien's storytelling is phenomenal and I could feel that comes through in the comic.

The art, as with all Critical Role content, is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the story itself didn't do much for me - I would have preferred to see her younger years - my understanding of Jester's backstory was that The Traveler appeared to her originally when she was much younger, so this story threw me off a bit.

I adore every character from Campaign Two but my love for Yasha by the end was a big surprise to me; mostly because we didn't have Ashley at the table due to her shooting schedule at the time, but when she was there I was so drawn into her story. This Origin story was so well done. While we learned a little about Yasha's upbringing, the majority was a mystery, so it was really nice to see into the past; I especially loved the small references through the art of Molly at the end.

This was fantastic - I like Greek mythology but I find that I typically enjoy retellings/related books of mythologies that I'm not as familiar with, especially when they are presented in the Riordan style; it really just makes me want to explore the traditional myths more. I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy the way Riordan is weaving together Greek and Roman mythology throughout The Heroes of Olympus series.

Deliciously smutty but I would have liked the conflict (both of them) to be a little more drawn out.

Adorable and emotional as always. I love the introduction of different cats and their owners. I was kind of hopping Kanda would adopt the lost kitty but I was happy with the outcome none the less.

This was fun child-friendly introduction to weird medicine; however, the audiobook background music was quite loud in comparison to the narrator so it made it difficult to focus.

This series does such a great job of showcasing grief and the healing power of animal companions.

The thing about baggage is, unless you toss it, the load on your back will never grow any lighter if you don't get someone to carry it with ya.
I love seeing more of Mr. Kanda's background - so excited to jump back into this series.
