These vampires are supposed to be 100's of years old and they say gonna so many times I want to bang my head against the wall. 

This guy puts her in a potentially unsafe situation at a party and then doesn't even stick around to make sure she doesn't get hurt? Nah. I'll pass. Raise the bar, ladies.

I'm bored. 

I was really excited about this book. I've seen the videos on TT and I couldn't wait to read it. But then I started it and was almost immediately disappointed. Birdie's friend is incredibly unsupportive when Birdie tells her she literally had a panic attack in front of Cohen. All she cares about is that Birdie didn't get laid. NOT good friend behavior. And then she uses the word spaz, which was insensitive, but I could try to look past. And then she says she HATES cats, which, okay, that's a personal thing for me. I don't trust anyone who HATES cats. Not liking them is one thing, but HATING them? Come on. Birdie reads as early twenties, rather than a 30 year old woman and I just can't stand another grown woman who acts like a child. 

Not good. The grammar is atrocious and hard to read. FMC reads as juvenile. Just couldn't keep going. 

DNF at chapter 12. I don't like the narrator's voice. Totally a personal thing. I'll try reading the physical book. 

She's "not like other girls." Gag.
