Why though?😭😭 After EVERYTHING.

EVERY. THING.

This book finished me, no doubt. I'll think about this book and the utter shock of a twist until I die.

I can't wrap my head around this rn. I have cried my eyes out and I am NOT okay. I will recommend this book to anyone who listens. Callie and Mendax are my Roman Empire now.

I'm mad. I'm sad. I'm frustrated. My heart and soul are in PIECES. I never once suspected the crazy shit Jeneane O'Riley had in store for me 😭😭

I can't wait to start What Did You Do? now. I need closure but I already know that ain't gonna happen 🫠

Just wow. Where do I even start with this book? I loved every word of it.

I haven't read the first 2 books so both other couple were new to me, but grew on me super fast. I loved the relationships between all of the characters, especially our MCs, Gus & Decca. They are to die for!

The Bones of Love had me feeling a lot of feeling that I didn't think it would. Megan does an AMAZING job of touching on very touchy topics such as grief and loss of family members, jobs around the dead, and religion.

I fell in love with this book in the first few chapters and I already added the previous 2 books in the series to my tbr!

Thank you so much to The Author Agency & the author for the gifted book!

I was immediately invested in this book. There were a few slow parts throughout the book, but they fit well with the story.

Eefah, our FMC, grew a ton! I was so proud of her by the end of the book. In the beginning, she's almost unbearable being a princess who thinks she knows best no matter what anyone tells her.

I loved how unique the plot was, and my mouth was hanging open over and over again the closer I got to finishing the book! By the end, I was angry for Eefah and wanted to shake her to make her remember 😂 I cannot wait for the sequel! I need to know what happens next

A huge thank you to TheNerdFam and author for the gifted book!

Where do I even start? This book was SO amazing! The beginning was a little slow, but quickly picked up and kept my attention the whole way through. I really enjoyed the pacing between travel, meeting each character, learning a little about their kingdom/area, each character having their own troubles (physical and emotional), and the constant worry of being found by Ragnar, the tyrant and evil ruler.

The world building and character description was so vivid, but never had me skimming sections to get it over with. This book played like a movie in my head with the way Christine was able to paint a picture with words.

There were so many emotional moments. I cried the majority of the time either from the characters past issues, current situations going on, or the shocks and twists that some characters went through. I never suspected anything like what was thrown at me and my heart BROKE for those characters.

This is the perfect read for those who enjoy LotR, ToG, Godkiller, and an epic fantasy quest filled with found family, elemental and music magic, finding self-worth, and serious twists and shocks!

Oh. My. Gosh. This book! 😍
I immediately knew I was going to love this book after the first chapter. I was kicking my feet and giggling the whole way throughcthe first 50% and crying with all the emotions through the last half. This book lives in my head now and I already want to do a reread.

Ash and Stella's relationship throughout the whole book is just 🤌🏻🤌🏻 I can't get over all of the cute af stuff they do/say! 🤭 Their banter is on another level and had me laughing the whole way through.

I enjoyed every. Single. Character. Even the villains. I thought everyone was well rounded and I hope to see them pop up in the rest of the series every now and then.

The world that Anastasis creates is amazing. There wasn't a moment where I felt like it was info dumping, and there was never too much revealed about other areas of the Courts. That has me so curious about everything we'll learn with each book that comes out, even with them all being a different couple.

Side note- I cannot WAIT for the next person's book!! He deserves so much after everything he got put through🥺

Isabella is a pawn all of her life in her father's life as King, waiting to be sold off to strengthen whatever alliance he can. She holds her tongue and cowers at the harshness of the court and her family (except my sweet Amelia💕).

Ash is the next Fae Prince but his father wants to marry him, produce an heir, and kill him. So what's a devious, cunning, rebellious son to do? Marry a human princess of course! He doesn't plan to actually like her, or to think that she's the most beautiful thing to walk this side of the veil.

With her new fae name, Stella slowly comes out the cage put over her all her life and finds that she can be just as strong, cunning, and wicked as any fae. Can they trick the High Fae King into giving up his throne before all our war breaks out? Or will they be cut short and left broken in the wake of everything?

I was immediately hooked and couldn't put it down! I loved Ari's personality and cried quite a few times over everything she went through.
The whole book is high-stakes and fast paced, which I loved. This book set up the rest of the series so perfectly! I can't wait to get my hands on the next one because that ending?! Excuse you? What am I supposed to do until the next book comes out? Wallow? Suffer? Most definitely 😭

I really enjoyed this! I loved all of the characters, except Gideon, but his hate is for a good reason. Bloodlust was a fun, sweet read between Sebastian, Leona, Piper, Whitney, Victor & Charlotte but had a lot of dark aspects regarding each characters past and Leona's current and future situation. All of the relationships throughout are found family and full of loyalty. The author did a great job portraying the love each character felt for another that had me feeling the same way towards them.

I loved the reveal towards the end of the book and feel like it'll be a huge part of the sequel. I know I have a few questions about Sebastian's lineage and what that means now after everything.

It took me a few chapters to get into the POV. It's "dual" 3rd person, but instead of focusing on one character per chapter it switches randomly from Sebastian to Leona. Towards the end, there are more perspectives introduced and that had me feeling like I was back at the beginning of the book too lol. I had to slow down and find who it switched to.

There's a few triggers in this book that include: mention of and on page SA, childhood abuse, kidnapping, hostage, and the normal amount of blood and gore for a vampire book.

This was the best one yet! This series will forever live rent free in my head. I'm so glad that we get a 5th book to find out more about what happens next for the group.
I love how everyone developed in this one, and we finally got answers to all the questions popping up throughout the last 3 books with Keira gaining her memories, finally meeting the face behind Aztec, seeing firsthand how Daisy plays into everything, and seeing how powerful Keira can be.

I have so many feelings after this one, all good feelings though. This one delivered a lot more information on Keira's past life and her abilities. I'm so invested in this series and can't wait to see what happens next!

This one was the same pace as The Whispering Dead, but definitely more creepy. The serial killer ghost really freaked me out and had me turning lights on lol. The ending made me cry (like normal). I think the mix up was completely understandable but it broke my heart nonetheless 🥺
