This was such a fun read and so enjoyable. The narrator has such a wonderful voice and you really get to know all the characters throughout her life. You get to caring for them so much that when something bad happens you really feel it.
I love the grandmother as she talks to the granddaughter and also how much she enjoyed learning new things and growing up.
Her life is so fun to hear about and somethings she says about her life is relevant for everyone.
This is a story that would be great to read again in a few years and relive the life again.
The ending was a bit abrupt but such is life. It's definitely a book I would recommend to many people.

I've read a couple of Carl Hiaasen books before and I've come to expect a few things from him when reading.
This book does not disappoint.
It's geared toward younger readers but it's just as fun to read as an adult, the plot is serious but funny, the characters well rounded and fun to get to know.
The main characters in this book are kids, their father gets in trouble for trying to prove that someone is dumping the sewage waste from their boat into the water.
The journey from beginning to end is fun and exciting, it's full of adventure, danger and unexpected twists.
It's definitely a book I would recommend to anyone, those who have read his books before and those that should learn how much fun he is as a writer.

It's a great short story, love the characters and where we find them.
Just the right amount of scary and getting the adrenaline up.
A wonderful quick read.

It took me a few chapters to get into this book but once you get into it you're kind of stuck. In a good way.
The characters are great, I love the way the author slowly introduces the different factions instead of giving you a lot of information at once.
At the end of this book you still don't know everything about the different factions but there are two more books. You do have all the knowledge you need to understand the different reasonings that come from each faction in this book, I did not find myself wondering about certain things because I didn't know everything about the factions.
I particularly liked that Tris is not saved by a guy and instantly falls in love, she is her own person and the relationship that devolps is written so well.
The same can be said for all the relationships in the book, from parent and child, friends and romantic relationships. They never seemed forced and all of them grow with the characters and the story.
I liked how this ended, giving you a real end to the book but not to the characters story. There is no huge cliffhanger that they put there to make you have to read the next book.
Even so, I have the next book to read.
Great story, wonderful characters.
Highly recommended.

This book was great. It had a different feel to it then the first one, which makes sense because of where they were at the start is not where they are now.
I would have read it faster if I had had the time to sit down to read it. It pulls you in just as easily as Divergent and really keeps you there.
I really enjoyed getting to know the other factions through Tris's view as she moved about them.
I cant wait to get my hands on Allegiant.

Wonderful

This was so much fun to read and the illustrations were great to have.
It's quite a story and a wonderfully fun adventure.

It took a little while to get into this book but it was very interesting and nice to read.
I could say it was enjoyable, and it was, at parts, but the book as a while cannot be described as enjoyable.
I did very much like reading it and since it is not long it did not take much time to read.
The imagery this book gives is so wonderful I can't think of reading this kind of sorry without it, it would change how I felt about the story as a while if the author hasn't written everything so vividly you can easily see it all in your mind.

This was a nice collection of short stories from Four's point of view.
You get to see him transfer and get through initiation.
You also get to read a few things with him and Tris and get to see a few of their first conversations through his eyes.
Though not necessary for the trilogy to make sense or for it to be well rounded it is nice to get to know one of the main characters a bit more.

This was such a wonderful book. I'll be keeping this on my shelves for rereading, I'm sure many times over.
The characters are fun and interesting, there is so much to this book that I feel that if you reread it you will continue to find out more things.
I will recommend this book many times over.

I guess the only real way to explain how I feel about this book is to say that the book is to me what the island is for Wil.
It pulls you to it because there is something in the book, something there that you must learn, must know and know well that keeps you in the book.
It's very well written and it just pulls you in and keeps you there until the very end.
In fact, it keeps you there, in the book, on the island, with Wil even after you have finished it and moved onto a new story.
Highly recommended to all.
