The second half of this book is actually an engaging read. Once I started I had to finish it. The first half on the other hand is a slog to get through. The author also unnaturally inserts Holocaust facts and it feels like I'm suddenly reading a wikipedia summary.

Putting a GPS ankle bracelet on Cassie is probably the smartest thing that's happened in this series so far.
Would be 5 stars but the middle of this book gets a little boring, I want more murder solving and less Dean/Cassie/Michael/Lia drama. More Sloane!!! She's hardly involved.
