its cute, just was not in the mood to read it and probably won't be anytime soon

Just too boring, for such an interesting premise I just felt nothing. 

Like many other reviews state, this book has too much purple prose. She over describes everything in an extremely dramatic fashion.

Claire falls for Elise for no real reason. And I'm tired of vampire love interests who haaate being a vampire.

I can guess where this might be going since Elise can't become a vampire + knows there's a way to make vampires mortal and Claire wants to be human. That's boring to me, and not what I want from paranormal romance.

Also Kaitlyn is a cartoonish bitch about people dying it's a little funny.  Elise should have punched her.

Started strong but once they got together I was bored. Mostly I didn't like Felix much. 

kind of boring, i don't care for sera and dont like the main guy character. writing is kind of weird at times. creating a polyam lesbian alien culture and that not being the focus of the book is insane tbh

The subject matter obviously interests me but the way this book is written feels like I'm not learning anything, just listening to someone's "what if" scenarios

I liked the writing style and Felicity but couldn't get into the duke and how he speedran ruining her reputation and basically used it as blackmail to marry her. I needed that to be addressed way sooner and instead Felicity was like *sigh* What can I do
