YES! Raine Miller has taken us back into Blackstone world, and this old duck couldn't be any happier about it!

This is Caleb (from Filthy Rich) sister Winter Blackstone - I love getting a female Blackstone's story!

Winter is a beautiful, successful young woman who has been in love with her brother's best friend forever. James is a successful lawyer, and has had feelings for Winter for years, though neither of them have ever made that move.

Until now. I don't want to give too much away about the hows and whys that our lovelies make that move, but you will love it when they do.

Sweet, tender, sexy - though at times James seems a bit too unmanly for who he is (but this is probably just me). They are pretty swoony together.

There are some secondary characters that I adore, however there are some that needed a swift kick in the goolies!

I loved seeing more of Caleb and Brooke, and I can't wait to see what Ms Miller brings us next.

This is book 2 in the Eagles series, and the timeline runs parallel to book one, so you could get away without reading the first book however you will miss some things if you don't.

I liked this book better than the first one. Brian and Kinley's story is a friends-to-lovers-to more with a touch of sadness and tragedy thrown in.

I loved the transformation of the stereotypical sports star man whore to man in love. I loved the struggles that both Brian and Kin had with their feelings, the distance, the falling in love.

It was great to see Scott and Becca's relationship from the outside and to see where they were at. I am really looking forward to Murph and Madison's book too.

Bring on those Eagles!

I have adored every book that I have read of Ms Reid's so far, and I have been impatiently awaiting the release of Dr Strange Beard and more of those Winston Brothers.

It pains me to to say this, however Dr Strange Beard just didn't come up to the heights of the other books in the series to me.

It felt like that for the first 75% of the book, Roscoe and Simone seemed to be in a loop, where they would start to get together, push away, ignore each other and then do it all over again. Nothing much really happened at all for 2/3 of the book.

Once we hit about 70% of the book though, things gathered pace and took a turn for the funny and romantic that I was missing. I thoroughly enjoyed it from this point on.

I know this makes it sound like I didn't like this book, but that's not the case. I did like it, I just didn't love it like the previous books. My paperback is jetting its way to my shelf as we speak.

I adored seeing a bit more of the Winston guys and gals throughout Dr Strange Beard

And whilst this one was a bit of a miss for me, I am impatiently waiting for the next books in the series.

Woohoo. I am going to miss the Cold Fury, but a brand new series with a brand new team and a whole lotta new hockey hotties for me to adore - sign me up!

Welcome to Phoenix, home of the Arizona Vengeance. And say hello to Bishop while you are at it!

This book starts with one heck of a bang, and I was hooked from then on.

Bishop and Brooke's relationship may not start in the most conventional way, but there is no denying the attraction between them - I mean, you can feel the pheromones flying between them, and the sexual tension can be cut with a knife!

I liked that even though they have their issues, there is nothing too OTT dramatic for our lovelies. They deal with things like adults, no pouty, stupid fights for no reason, they do this thing called "communicating" and sort their sh!t out!

There is something that made me get all stabby, and I feel that it is going to play a part in further books in the series, but I am not sure. I had such a visceral reaction to them - in that I wanted to put my hand into my kindle and slap them stupid!

It was great getting to know a little about the other guys in the Vengeance, and there is one there (not saying who) that I know is going to break my heart when we get to his story - and I can't wait!

Sweet, sexy, hot and funny, I really enjoyed Bishop and can't wait to see what happens next for the Vengeance.

Woohooooo we are back in Elle Kennedy's hockey hottie world, and I couldn't be happier! It seems an age since we have been here!

Fitzy and Summer's story is sweet and sexy, frustrating and infuriating - and I loved every second of it!

She wants him, he wants her but won't do anything about it. Gah! I wanted to clonk their noggins together so they would get their act together! I mean, I could understand his reluctance, but dude! Get over it already lol.

I loved that Fitzy is not only a hockey player but a bit of a gamer nerd too, and the contradiction in the two made him all the more lovable. And I did adore him, no matter how much he frustrated me!

There are some characters that I wasn't sure if I was going to love or hate them, and my decision really wasn't made right up to the end. Some surprised me, some didn't.

I love love loved getting a few glimpses of the guys from the Off-Campus series. If you remember Dean, Summer is his sister so we get quite a bit of him in this story.

I couldn't put The Chase down once I started it, and now I am impatiently awaiting the next book in this series.

This book. This book was everything! From the minute I picked it up, I was hooked. I was out on a day trip with friends, and I had to take my Kindle with me, as I didnt' want to stop reading.

Sadie is friends with Ash and Brynn from Man Hands and Man Card (please tell me you have read them, and if not, why not?). These three ladies together are a hoot!

Sadie is a divorced mum of twin 2 year old girls, who are absolute scene stealers.

Liam is their day care teacher - whom Sadie used to babysit.

Can anyone say "le sigh - man looking after kidlets"

Once they meet up again, sparks fly. Sadie is having all sorts of "hot for (early childhood) teacher thoughts, and Liam's babysitter crush is back bigger and better than ever.

I love them together. I love that there is no over the top drama, that they work things out like adults, and even though they have their hurdles, they don't do stupid crap about them.

I will say that I wanted to deck Sadie's ex D!icker.... I mean Decker. He is a douche canoe of the biggest kind!

But 2 year old Kate made up for everything. She is awesome lol

I couldn't help but smile the whole time I was reading Boy Toy. I laughed, I cried, I swooned.

I hope that Ms Bowen and Ms Eby continue writing together, as this Man Hands series would have to be one of my favourite series of the year.

I can't wait to see what they bring us next.

This is Miss Bennetto's second novel, and I loved it even more than her first book, How Not To Fall In Love, Actually.

They say a change is as good as a holiday, right?

Well, for Jess, a holiday changes everything.

Boy, does everything change for Jess when she heads to Cape Town with her boyfriend for her best friend's wedding.

Firstly - ugh, don't get me started on the douchenozzle of a boyfriend Pete is and I disliked him from the first minute we met him.

Jess is all kinds of paranoid and scaredy-cat and omg I just wanted to shake some fun into her at times.

I liked that Make or Break was set in Cape Town, somewhere I have not come across a book being set before. Kinda gave me a hankering to visit.

Jess's family is complicated, and man forget the boyfriend, no wonder Jess rides the crazy train! I don't want to give anything away, but wowsers! These people!

They will Make or Break Jess!

Things do really turn out for the better with this holiday though, as much as it doesn't feel like they will.

I did find that the pacing of this book at times was a little slow, however I was completely involved in this story, so it did not bother me that much.

This book was also a lot more emotional than I was expecting. I did find myself reading through watery eyes a few times as things came to pass.

I spent the afternoon on the coach devouring Make Or Break. I laughed, I cried, I yelled at my book.

I am keen to see what Ms Bennetto bring us next.

I would pick up the phone book if Samantha Young wrote it, and even though I am not a big fan of YA/NA (I am an old fart, they often feel wwaaaaaayy too young for me), I completely adored As Dust Dances.

I didn't read the blurb of this story before I read it, because sometimes I just love diving in completely blind. And it was worth doing this here.

As Dust Dances did not feel YA or even NA to me. Our leading lady Skylar has been through so much in her life that she feels a lot older than her early 20's. I can't count how many times I sobbed, how many times I had to put the book aside because I needed a minute.

I adored Killian - even when I wanted to punch him! However, he is such a non-verbal kind of guy, that I found myself wanting to know more - more about him, more of his thoughts and feelings. Like Skylar, I was left wondering at times where his head was at. Yes, I could feel the connection between Killian and Skylar, but at times was unsure of what he really wanted.

Heartbreaking and hauntingly beautiful, Skylar Finch's story is one that will have you crying, will have you hoping, it will have you thinking.

And now I am thinking "I Want More!"

I can't wait to see what Ms Young brings us next.

I haven't read all of the Bayside stories, however this did not affect my enjoyment of Bayside Heat, and I will be going back to read them in the future.

Bayside Heat is a beautiful story of friendship, of family, of taking the chance on love.

I wanted to clonk Drake and Serena's heads together to make them get their act together, to get one of them to make that first move. For them to find love.

I freaking adore all of the Cape Cod "family". I love how they all saw what Drake and Serena had been denying, and how they all kinda "pushed" our lovelies together.

Bayside Heat is a lovely look down memory lane for Drake and Serena, as they move from the friend-zone they have placed each other in over the years. There is something to be said about being friends before diving in to a sexual kind of relationship, and you can feel the mutual love for each other.

I laughed at some of the antics from the other Bayside couples - it was great to catch up with them all again.

Sweet and tender with a lot of heat, Bayside Heat was a perfect weekend read for me.

I can't wait to see what Ms Foster bring us next.
