Cam's story is here! I repeat, Cam's story is here!

Now, I know absolutely nothing about the game of NFL, and couldn't tell a tight end from a loose one (well, actually, I have a very loose and flabby end!) however I am a sucker for a sports romance and love these Mavericks

I found Trick Play wasn't as light and fluffy as Wild Cat and Pick Six, however this did not make me love this book any less. Some of the things dealt with in this story make it a little bit deeper and darker.

I freaking adore Cam. I have liked him in the first two books, however I love his story.

"Trixie" is amazing - as a stripper and as everything else (and yes, there is an "everything else"). She is smart and sassy and so much more that you think.

I don't want to give anything away about Cam and "Trixie's" story, but there is so much more to this story than just them falling for each other. It will keep you wondering what will happen to them next.

I love love loved getting more of Quinn and Sean and their ladies - they had my laughing at times. There is also some great set up for the final Maverick's book, which is all about Leo.

Sweet, sexy, smart and funny, I adored Trick Shot from the first word to the last.

I can't wait to see what this duo bring us next

I have yet to meet a word of Christina Lauren's that I haven't adored - and this is still true after reading Josh and Hazel's Guide to Not Dating.

It is a rom-com, but it isn't really a rom-com if that makes sense? It is so much more than that.

Josh and Hazel aren't even dating... each other. I did laugh at some of the "double blind dates" they set each other up on, though even as they are on dates with others, you could fell the attraction between our lovelies. You can't help but want - no need - them to be together.

No better way to start a romance than by being best friends, right?

I absolutely adored Hazel and all her quirks. My heart hurt for her as she feel her quirks are against her. Be yourself girl! Forget what anyone else says!

I gotta say, I think that Dave and Emily - Josh's sister and her hubby - were some of my favourite secondary characters I have read in a long time. I could picture them sitting on the sidelines, eating popcorn and watching Josh and Hazel dance around each other, knowing where things would end up.

This book was just cuteness personified. It was funny, it was sad, it was just lovely.

I can't wait for what this duo brings us next.

3.5 stars.

I read this book out of order however as i had met the chatacters in other books this was ok for me.

Erik - i wanted to love him, however I found him to be such a d!ck for most of the time and he was mostly unlikable. He needed a swift kick in the balls!

I adore Lauren Blakely and all her books, so it was not a no brainer to read Unbreak My Heart.

Be warned though - this is not your typical Lauren Blakely, light and whimsical story.

Yes, it is a love story. Yes, it is a second chance romance. However it is so, so much more than that. In fact, I felt that the love story played second fiddle to the story of Andrew.

I didn't read the blurb before diving in to Unbreak My Heart, and I am glad I didn't. Andrew and Holland's story is dealing with more than one kind of heartbreak.

Andrew's loss has his floundering, and he starts off on a voyage of discovery - discovering things about his family, finding his was back to himself, and to the one that got away.

I wasn't expecting such an emotional story when I picked this up. I read many scenes through misty eyes and Ms Blakely reached into my chest and squeezed my heart.

Sweet, tender, emotional and hopeful, Unbreak My Heart broke my heart, but put it back together again too.

Completely different, but I completely loved it.

I can't wait to see what Ms Blakely brings us next.

The Lost Peal is a sweeping sago of love, loss and secrets spanning 75 years.

Set in 1941 Hawaii and 2016 Sydney, The Lost Pearl is mostly Catherine /Kitty's story of lost love and the secrets that she has kept from her family all her life.

I am in a bit of a historical phase at the moment, and having been to Pearl Harbour, I thoroughly enjoyed the Hawaiian setting - even though things are a lot different in the book than when I wa there. However, having been there it did help me understand the setting and the feeling of the book a little better.

Ms Madden paints a vivid picture of pre-war Hawaii that I could feel myself being drawn in to.

Having so many plotlines set in so many time periods, The Lost Pearl could have found itself in a bit of a confusing mess, however Ms Madden has written this story so well that this was not the case at all.

I did feel that that character of Kit was a little less rounded out than that of Kitty and her family and friends in 1941. It was hard at to figure out her justifications for delving so hard into finding her grandmothers secrets, however as we did learn more of Kit it did become more clear. Also, this could just be me.

I did feel for Kit as the story progressed and we learned more of her past.

I enjoyed being taken along both Catherine and Kit's journeys, their loves, their losses.

The Lost Pearl is an epic love story that will sweep you away with the characters. I did shed a few tears as I was reading, and I am sure you will too.

Beautifully written, wonderful characters, this story would make a great movie.

I can't wait to see what Ms Madden brings us next.

I have not read the first 2 Two Love Lane books, and this is my first Kieran Kramer read, however I felt that this is easily read as a stand alone.

I enjoyed the premise of this book, as I am a sucker for a second chance romance. And whilst I liked it, I didn't love it.

Some of the leading ladies actions are questionable - especially when it came to strangers knocking at her door - hello, I would be calling the police! She also felt a bit wishy-washy at times.

I did adore our main man, Hank. Ugh, Hank is so not a Hollywood movie star name to me lol

Ella's big, Italian family were great, and at times made me want a big family - though knowing how nosey they all are would drive me bonkers!

I also did like Ella's work mates, and Miss Thing is fantastic. We all need a Miss Thing in our lives.

Second Chance At Two Love Lane is a cute and sweet book, though nothing much really does happen. It was lacking a little oomph - however this is probably just me.

I did like this book enough that I will be adding the first 2 book to my never ending TBR and will read them at some stage.

What can I say about Counting Daisies other than to say that Nicola Haken has done it again.

With every one of her books I tell myself that there is no way she can outdo her last book, but each and every time she proves me wrong.

She has blown me away with Counting Daisies. It is a gutwrenching, but heartbreakingly beautiful story of love and loss, second chances.

She has dealt with issues like mental illness in the past, and with Counting Daisies she deals with addiction. My goodness does she deal with it. I have never been an addict (unless you count books and chocolate) but the way she gets into the psyche of Dylan and his addiction, you just know that she has researched addiction well. - I swear I was reading through tears for so much of this story.

Cameron and Dylan's story is not a pretty one. It is not hearts and flowers. It is love at its best and worst.

Best friends as teenagers, separated for years, but never forgetting each other. When they reconnect I hoped that they could become that again, that the could overcome all the hurdles placed before them. Could become more than they were before.

There was nothing I could fault with Counting Daisies. The story, the writing, the emotions. I loved every deep, dark hole that this story took us. It is raw, gritty, and so, so emotional. And I didn't want Dylan and Cameron's story to end.

Hopefully, one day, we will get a story of some of the secondary characters in this book (cough cough Paul and Derek cough cough) and Dylan and Cam will make an appearance.

Please Ms Haken, make this happen for me?

You will need to have read both Robbie and Julien before diving in to Priest - and you wouldn't want to miss any of their hotness anyways!

Priest continues right where Julien left off (I did go back and read the last couple of chapters of Julien to refresh my bookzheimerish brain) and things.

This is the story of the trio that I have been waiting on forever!!! I have been intrigued by Joel Priestley since we first met him back in the Temptation series, and Ms Frank has not disappointed.

I don't want to spoil anything (people who post spoilers suck anyway!) however you will remember the troubles at the end of Julien, and our darling Princess Robbie is feeling a little miffed. Oh the poor boy, my heart hurt for him as he is dealing with his feelings about it.

I adore that Priest and Julien circle the wagons around the "family" they have created.

There is plenty of hot, sexy times in this story (and boy, do I mean HOT) however this story is more about the intricacies of their unusual relationship. It is also about dealing when the past comes into their present.

I didn't think I could fall more in love with the prick, the princess and the priest - but I was wrong. I feel harder and deeper for these three wonderful men than I ever thought possible, and I can't wait for more of them in the future.

Historical M/M is my jam at the moment and I just can't get enough of it - thankfully I have an enabler who lets me know about all the good audibles out there.

Until picking up this book, I did not know this author or her works, but that has all changed now.

I am absolutely hooked on this series, and loved the narration. Wonderful story full of twists and turns, the narrator brought these characters to life and I could feel myself in their world.

Harry and Julius were just wonderful, I could feel their attraction, their hurt, their anger through the narration.

I have just gone and one clicked the next book/audio as I need to know where these characters lives go.

Bring it!
