**update ** just finished listening to the audiobook, and it made me fall in love with the characters even more. Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon have done a wonderful job bringing these characters to life.

I have been following Ms Daw's antics at the Tires Tires Tires waiting room since the beginning, and now if you are on Facebook or the internet, you might probably have heard how this story came to be.

Wait With Me is a semi autobiographical story of how she found her writing mojo back - kinda how Stella Got Her Groove Back, but with writing.

I adore Kate and Miles story. It is fun, and sweet and sexy, and made me want to go and get an oil change, if you know what I mean!

Kate is quirky and I just love her. Miles is all man, although at times I wanted to leap into the book and pull his head out of his ar$e! Seriously dude!

Wait With Me will get your engine revving. Can't wait to see what Ms Daws brings us next.

Wah! I have been waiting for Rebel Heart since the nanosecond I finished Rebel Heir, and Vi an Penelope certainly did not disappoint with this second installment of the Rush Duet.

I had a love/hate relationship with this book - I loved Gia and Rush, I hated things that Rush did. I loved them together, I hated all the crap they needed to go through. I loved Rush's mum/Gia's dad, I hate hate hated the rest of Rush's family.

Gah, this book frustrated me as much as I adored it.

There are so many hoops that our lovelies now need to jump through to find their HEA, and as much as I wanted to throw my kindle across the room at times, I couldn't wait to turn each page to find out what happens next.

I ran the full gamut of emotions with Rebel Heart - and in the end, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. They storyline took the only course it really could have realistically taken - not matter how much I didn't want it to.

From the minute I opened up Rebel Heart, I was hooked and couldn't put it down.

Now that I have survived the rollercoaster that is the Rush Duet, I can't wait to see what these lovely ladies bring us next.

Political/spy thrillers are my jam at the moment, and this debut from August Thomas started with a bang, and had the adrenaline pumping right till the end.

Liar's Candle is a seductive game of cat and mouse, the reader wondering who are the good guys, who are the bad. Who can be trusted.

I mean seriously, who is really the enemy?

I was whisked away on an adrenaline filled journey along with Penny and those who are dragged into her life. I as kept on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next.

I would never have guessed that this was a debut novel. Liar's Candle is a well written, well plotted story that will keep the reader intrigued from the first blast to the last.

I was happy to see that there will be more Penny Kessler stories in the future, and can't wait to get my hands on them.

My sister has shelves of books like The Little Italian Baker in her house, and last time I was visiting I thought it was time to see what she was reading.

The Little Italian Bakery is a sweet story, full of betrayals, secrets, lies.

As the title may have given away, there is baking involved in this story - a lot! And what it did do was make me crave cake the whole time I was reading!

Elletra's story is captivating and heartbreaking all at the same time. I got angry for her. I got angry with her. My heart hurt for her - and all the ladies on the island. I just wanted them all to find their happy.

What I did like about this book is that that these were all strong women, women who stood up to the bullies and the bad guys. I liked that they never gave up, never surrendered (Oh wait, am I quoting Galaxy Quest here?) and in the end they won everyone over.

There are some wonderful recipes throughout the story - though I felt that maybe they would have been better of listed together at the end of the story, as they did sometimes take me out of the flow of the story. However, this could just be me.

It also made me hanker for an Italian holiday - and I may have checked out airfares there whilst i was reading *runs off to check bank balance again*

This is my first Alli Sinclair novel and it won't be my last.

Burning Fields is a look back on post WW2 Australia -and in many ways, not a lot has changed in the past 70 years.

Rosie is one fierce woman. Not something that was appreciated back in the 1940s. She wants to help on her family property, however her father - who 90% of the time I got frustrated and mad at, just like Rosie - but misogyny runs rampant through family, community, country.

Oh, and if anyone ever says Australia is not racist, well, that is a lie! Though this is set post war and the Italians bear the brunt of it, there are echos of this in current society, and the human race really hasn't changed that much at all.

I adored Tomas, and his and Rosie's attraction leaps off the page, and as a reader you can't help but fall for the as they fall for each other.

This story shows the winds of change that started to happen after WW2, when women who had been independent while their men were away, and refused to be pushed back into the kitchen - go women!

I will be going back and reading more of Ms Sinclair's works in the future

Woohoo, time to head back to North Carolina and spend some time with the hockey hotties from the Cold Fury.

Oh my, look at that cover. I keep going back to look at him lol

Now, the way we were introduced to Marek at the end of Reed, we we knew that this wasn't going to be a light and fluffy store.

I mean, there is not much hockey involved in this one since it is mostly set in the off season, however Marek, Gracen and Lilly's story was full of heartbreak and frustration and so much love.

But really, their story is a bit of a sh!t fight! I can understand both sides of the story and can understand the actions on both sides but boy! It felt at times they were rehashing the same thing time and time again and I wanted to clonk their heads together and tell them to

Lilly is an absolute scene stealer and I just wanted to wrap her up and make her mine - though I don't think Marek would like that.

#ColdFury is one of those series that it doesn't matter how many books there are, I will keep reading as long as Ms Bennett keeps writing them. I love the family that the team becomes.

So whilst this couple may not have been my favourite in the series (that award goes to Zack), and whilst the couple frustrated me, I really, really liked this book. It is one of my top books in this series at the moment. Marek and Gracen's story just made it that way.

Now to see what Ms Bennett's new hockey series brings us.

This is the first Kelly Jamieson story that I have read that was not sports related - and I liked it!

Cash and Callie's story is as sweet, sexy, heartwarming friend-to-lovers story about a woman and her ex husband's best friend.

We can guess from the outset that his is going to cause some problems, however I loved the way our lovelies worked their way through them - eventually.

I am not going to lie - I pretty much despised her ex and her parents most of the book! What a bunch of douchecanoes!

Cash is just all kinds of swoonworthy - Callie girl, if you didn't take him I was going to claim him!

So many hurdles for C & C to overcome, will they get their HEA? Nup, for that you need to read for yourself.

Wonderful characters, strong story line, I was hooked from the minute I started right till the last word.

I can't wait to see what Ms Jamieson brings us next.

It seem like forevvveerrrr since we got book 2 Stone, even though it has only been a few weeks. I have been anxiously waiting this final installment in the series, biting my nails wondering what was going to happen.

WOW, Max Monroe, just WOW!

I knew this was going to be an emotional read after the way Cold ended, but boy oh boy did Max Monroe tear my heart out. My heart literally ached for Ivy, hurt for Levi and I just wanted to hug them and tell them it would all get better.

I also felt so much anger along with Ivy, I just wanted to throw my Kindle at the heads of people whom I felt were doing her wrong - and there were a few of them.

There were some really big WTF moments that completely blew my mind. I was totally not expecting them!

There were also some other things that I kinda guessed along the way, but didn't know for sure until it was revealed.

I adored Ivy and Levi even more than I thought I could after the first 2 books. They have wormed their way into my heart and found a place to live there forever.

Now I can't wait to see what this duo brings us next.

I love this series, and the more I read of it the more and more I enjoy it.

I loved being back in the world of our Neanderthal Quinn and the crazy, amazing Janie.

There was more of the ladies and gentlemen of the knitting group - these ladies just crack me up, such a wacky crew that compliment each other so well.

Can't wait to move into the next book to see what they are up to next

Waaaah! This book is so freaking good!

I am not usually one for covers, but the guy on this one has been taunting me on my kindle for ages and I just adore him. I licked him, he's mine! He look kind of Hemsworth-y.

I Flipping Love You is the story of Pierce, who is Amelie from Hooking Up's brother.

Pierce and Rian's story sweet and sexy and all kinds of adorable - and not OTT drama for drama's sake. I am not a fan of drama llamas!

The sparks between our lovelies makes the air around them combustible, and you just know that if they ever get together it is going to be hot hot hot!

I love the Hamptons setting - though all I really know about the area is that it is full of rich people lol! Makes me want to go to the beach (though I live hours from the coast, sand gets where sand shouldn't get and I don't go in the water because Jaws can eat me!). It also made me want to reno my house, even though it doesn't need it and I don't have the $$ to do it!

I Flipping Love You is full of sweet, sexy, funny moments, however it has plenty of heartbreaking and frustrating and vulnerable moments too.

I couldn't put this one down once I started.

I can't wait for whatever Ms Hunter brings us next.
