AHH WOW WOW WOW!!! No thoughts, just WOW! This book was so so good & I could shout out so many people for influencing me to read this!!

I will admit, I struggled with getting into this book while reading the physical copy. I think it was intimidating so I downloaded a kindle copy & got sucked right in. I got the audiobook to listen to while commuting and AH wow the audio was incredible! This book is seriously such a good book. My mediocre review will not do this book justice, but I will try!!

Bree was such a great MC. She had me rooting for her from page 1. I wanted to make sure nothing could ever hurt her because she is the best. Sel & Nick did some flip flopping throughout the book for favorite and I don’t want to spoil anything so I won’t say much more than that (but just know, I am hardwired to be an enemies to lovers fan so iykyk

I liked this book. I really felt like I connected with the characters on both sides and found parts of myself in each of them. Liking a boy in grade school so much that you can’t think of anything else?? Realizing someone isn’t at all who you thought they were? Being so lovesick you can’t eat, sleep, do anything but think of that person. I think if I were reading this in middle school or high school, I would’ve been obsessed. As an adult reading this for the first time, I couldn’t help but be a little off put by the use of the r-word and the fat shaming in this book. It’s hard to look past it and it kind of left a sour taste. This is not a reason to not like the book but the END?! I had 10% left on my kindle and it was OVER?! I was like wait whaaaat, that’s it?! I’m a huge epilogue type of girl and was disappointed that things weren’t wrapped up in a nice pretty box. Overall this was really cute and I loved seeing both POVs of the same story

Wow!!! I was so blown away by this book!! It was such a fun book and I loved the characters so much. I wasn't sure what to expect going in since im not *super* familiar with the whole story of Peter Pan but I felt like I was inside the story the whole time. Wendy was an amazing MC who has been through some insane things and all I want is for her to be happy. Se deserves nothing but happiness!!! and Peter... *SWOON WORHTY* He was such a fun character and made me fall so in love. He did some things with the best intentions but not amazing execution but it works out in the end. The one thing I noticed was that the ending felt slightly rushed and things wrapped up pretty quickly. it was all resolved very well but I would've loved to know more about what happened right after. I think that is my way of saying I would read 900 pages of anything Aiden Thomas writes. They are an incredible author and have once again made me obsessed with two fictional characters!! This was such an incredible book and I am so excited for everyone to get the chance to read it. I will be shouting about this book from the rooftop.

Slight spoiler ahead:

The hopeless romantic in me wishing that Peter and Wendy could be in the same place and be in love forever and grow old together BUT I know that it needed to be ended that way because of the story of Peter Pan (he cant grow old thats the whole point) but I just loved the two of them so much together.

Thank you Netgally and Swoon Reads for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!!

Reread thoughts: audiobook was really good, still loved Maxon, America is frustrating, and honestly nothing as good as the first time I read it

I really enjoyed this book! I listened to the audiobook and it was told really well and had me captivated the entire time. It was more dark than I expected a middle grade book to be but it was so beautifully written. I loved the storytelling and watching the story unfold in front of me and understanding the motives behind Pink and the connection between them. I really loved learning about Malaysian culture and folklore! I loved the friendship between Suraya and Jing. Jing supported her no questions asked and off they went on their adventure. This story was beautifully heartbreaking if that makes sense. I really enjoyed this book!

This book was super cute! I loved the Paris setting, the food descriptions, and the adorable friendships and romance that occurred. I really loved Henry and Rosie and I was rooting for them the whole time. This is such a classic feeling YA romance and it was so feel good. I listened to this on audio during a long car ride and it was exactly what I needed! This is great for fans of anything set in a kitchen! This book will warm your heart, make you hungry, and crave a trip to Paris!

I really said “food related YA romances in April only”. BUT WOW! This book had me like

This was my second time reading this book and my first time on audio! This audiobook is so good. The characters and brought to life so well and it’s such a fun crazy story. This series is one of my all time favorites and I love the unconditional love nick has for Rachel. (Alexa play paper rings by Taylor swift) I love Astrid and Charlie so much (especially because in the movie he’s played by Harry shum jr

I feel like I’ve been putting off writing this review because no matter what words I put together, I cannot truly express my feelings about this book. Starting, I recommend the audio of the book. It is told with a full cast of some of my favorite narrators and it brings together the entire listening experience. I forgot I was listening to a book and felt like I was listening to a podcast about Opal and Nev. this book puts you through every single emotion possible. I found myself crying while driving, laughing out loud, and getting super pissed off at some characters. This book talks a lot about the racism that Opal dealt with throughout her career and it is really heartbreaking to listen to. Even though this story is fictional, there are countless stories of real artists who dealt with similar things to what Opal did. This book had me with my jaw on the floor and wishing I had more things to do so I could keep listening. I found myself taking the longer routes when walking or driving just to keep listening. This is a book I highly highly recommend!

This book was adorable!! It was so fast paced and fun that I read it so quickly. I have been on a huge K Drama kick the last two months and found this book by googling “books that feel like k dramas” and it did not disappoint! I love all tropes relating back to celebrities. I loved Lucky and getting to know her and the motivations behind what she’s doing. Jack was so swoon worthy and their reunion at the end was
