I enjoyed this book and it is the first time reading this author and I may look at other books by them in the future. I love a boss and employee romance and this one did not disappoint the relationship grows so naturally and I really liked the banter between these two.
Although I did like this book it felt like it did not stand out and was very slow plus it had a third act break up that should not have happened. Also I was not a fan of Tali’s family they just expected her to give up her life and they just do nothing. I gave this book 3.75 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ there was some great scenes but I enjoyed the emotional scenes with this couple over the 🌶️ scenes.
I think I will look at books by this author to try because I did enjoy the writing.
Happy reading everyone 📚

I enjoyed this book. There were so many positives from a single dad with an age gap then add in a cowboy romance. This was the first book I read by this author and I realize now that there was a series before this that I may want to read. I loved Rem and Erin. They had great chemistry and I love their nicknames too.
But when secrets are exposed, one of which endangers his children, will their love survive? Or will it tear them apart?
I had a feeling that Erin’s past will follow her but I find some parts a little far fetched. I also did not like the short time jumps I felt like they took away from the story. Although there were parts I did not like I gave this 4 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ the scene against the jeep was 🥵 I loved it.
I really enjoyed this book. I am not sure if I will continue with the series but I may try this author's other books.

I read this ARC in the height of my cowboy romance error and this holds up with those. I loved the forbidden aspect of this book between Rhett and Paige. I feel for Paige and the people she has lost in her life and to find the family she deserved was perfect. Rhett was annoying he would put a lot of his issues onto Paige just because his ex was horrible. I also love that she got what she deserved because she was a horrible mother and person.
Although we all saw the marriage of convenience story line leading to a relationship I also figured out who was sabotaging the ranch and could not wait till they got arrested. I gave this book 4 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ the hot tub scene was hot and once these 2 get going they are fire. I however do not like the back and forth between these 2 and when it’s tough Rhett immediately tries to protect Paige instead of speaking to her as she is an adult and can make her own choices.
I highly recommend reading this book. It is the first I have read by this author and I feel like it might lead into a series about the Walker brothers. I can not wait for Mav and Baylee’s story especially with that ending.

I was excited for this book because I love a good age gap. It did not disappoint Elsie Silver is amazing at writing these books. I have loved this series and will continue my journey reading everything by this author. I loved that we heard more about Nadia’s background and what she dealt with after Stephan left. We only had small interactions with Griff in the other books so experiencing more of him and hearing more of his story helped me realize why he barely speaks.
This series has been great but sometimes I hate the third act breakup. This book I understood the reason for their separation. It made the story even better because they were working on themselves to be better for their partner. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐ and 2 🌶️ these 2 had so much chemistry even before they realized who each other was the tent scene was something else. I also loved as soon as Griff gave in he was in and would do anything to make her his.
I highly recommend this series or any series by this author because she is amazing and is an auto buy for me.

I was so excited to get this on my kindle. I loved books by these authors and could not wait to read this one. This book started slow for me. I didn't have a connection to the characters till about 30% into the book but when that hit I could not put it down. The emotions I went through reading this book and the twists the authors took us on I was not expecting some of them but I guessed some.
The Timekeeper can rot in hell for what he put all of these people through not just the main characters but all the ones behind Everly’s wall. The relationship that Issac and Everly built was so beautiful they were destined to find each other. I can not imagine the trauma they have both survived for Issac his entire life and for Everly the 2 years kept in captivity. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ the scene with the lap dance was 🥵 but also so many more moments for this couple were spicy. The Chloe and Nick scene and the intense scene in her apartment you can see these 2 were meant for each other.
There is so much I can say about this book but I don't want to spoil it for you. If you liked Still Beating I think you will like this book. Also so excited for more books in this world definitely would love a Tanner book and possibly an Allison book but would like to see her more in future as she deserves some redemption.

I really enjoyed this book. I saw a different side of Stefan in Photo Finish but in this book you see why he acts the way he does. I loved Mira’s character. She is so career driven and is not bothered about finding a partner till she had to spend more time with Stefan and realized he wasn’t the dick they all thought he was.
The twist that led to the third act break up which I hate by the way. This could have been avoided if Mira just voiced her theory and then they could have worked it together instead of betraying the man she was in love with. Even though I am a little bitter about the third act break up I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ the professor scene was something I was not expecting but was completely here for.
Again, this series is perfect and I am excited for Nadia’s book because I love a brother best friend but also an age gap of 14 years 🥵.

I was waiting for this book because I met Violet and Cole in the Chestnut Springs series and loved them. I did not expect how they started. Violet is a wildcard and Cole needed someone to help him break out of his shell. They are the perfect fit for a couple. Another book where there is a grumpy MMC and a sunshine FMC and I eat it up every time.
Again another Patrick moment where he hurt Violet then tried to come on to her. Someone needs to put him in his place and that person was Violet :). The trauma that is talked about in this book although Cole has dealt with being in a war zone as a soldier the worse trauma he mentions is the loss of his father from racing so seeing Violet on a horse scares him. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ this man can talk and that's all I need to say.
I am loving this series and if you like the authors other books this is worth the read.

And the new A-Z has started. I am glad we get to start with an author that I loved last year. This book takes place before the books of the Chestnut Springs series. As I was going into this book I thought the first book was about the Eaton sister but it was about one of her friends. I loved Billie. She doesn’t take nonsense from anyone let alone her boss. The banter between these 2 was chef’s kiss and grumpy/sunshine relationship for this couple.
The one part that made me want to hit someone was when Patrick hit DD with the whip and he completely got what he deserved from Billie. I was surprised that the person to tell Vaughn that he was an idiot is his brother as I thought he hated Billie. The surprise to get her back made me cry 😢 so romantic. I gave this book 4 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ although there were a lot of intense scenes they were not as hot as other books I have read.
I recommend this book if you love Elsie Silver and want to read more books by her. I am excited for Violet’s story next. How does she tame the other Harding brother.

This was a quick read and I enjoyed it to a point. I loved the teasing between the characters and even though this is Christmas focused it was not the main plot point. I did not like the insta love/lust between the main characters. It makes sense that Hannah would have that because she has followed him for years but for Cam to feel that too was a little too much for me.
I also did not like that her brother did not respect her opinion and just jumped straight to punching his best friend because he was falling for his sister. I also did not like the ending where they both make plans to move to be closer to each other. Why would they not communicate this with your partner? That makes no sense to me. Although there were some parts I did not like I gave this book 3.5 ⭐️ and 2.5🌶️ the Mac ‘n’ Please audio was hot and when he recorded her own personal audio that was 🥵.
I am not recommending this book for everyone but some people will enjoy this book for the audio aspect so if you do read this I recommend listen to it.

I needed to start working on my physical books again so this one was up next. I enjoyed this so much and I would buy any book by this author. There were some moments in this book that made me tear up. The chemistry between Gwen and Alex was crazy that first scene when he was teaching her cello was hot.
This entire book I wanted someone to hit Nathan oh and the agent they both need to crawl in a hole. I wanted to scream at Alex’s mom because she needed to grow a back bone and stand up for her orchestra. I did not like the third act break up although I understand both sides of it they bot did what they didn’t want to do anyways. A positive I loved was the cameo’s from Forget me Not as I loved that book and the characters.I gave this book 4.25 ⭐️ and 1.75 🌶️ the scenes with the instruments were 🥵.
I recommend this book if you loved books by this author and love a broody musician with a sunshine violinist.
