I picked this book up last year because the cover looked fun. Yes I procrastinated a while until I realized I could listen to the audiobook at the same time. After my hold came in I dove in and I enjoyed it. I loved the audio for the Scottish accent “chef’s kiss”. I also love a good grumpy sunshine and this did not disappoint.

I did find some of the miscommunication aspects to be annoying but overall this was a sweet small town romance based in Scotland. Also the MMC wears a kilt at one point and what isn’t to love about that. I also loved that they both had dogs that wanted to be around each other all the time they loved each other. There are also meddling family members who will be getting their own books. I can not wait for Callum’s book.

I enjoyed this book so I gave it 4.25 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ that scene on the barrels where they got caught was 🥵. Also the audiobook for this was perfect. The Scottish grump was spot on and loved every minute.

I highly recommend this book if you like a grumpy sunshine trope. Also if you're fond of a Scottish MMC this is for you but I recommend the audio to experience it.

Happy reading everyone 📚

The final book in the series and we get to see Cal get his happy ever after. I didn’t know what to expect from this book as I knew Cal had to go through a lot to get his inheritance. I felt for him the struggles he went through and his father was horrible to him even though he was the same to his brothers Cal internalized it and drowned it in alcohol.

Alana is the epitome of the best mom. She would do anything for Cami and I loved that. She got hurt way too many times to trust anyone and Cal had his work cut out for him. I did however love the relationship between Cami and Cal. They are so cute and that ending made me 😢.

I loved this book and the entire series I gave it 4.5 stars and 2 🌶️ Cal has a mouth on him and I am here for it.

Again, I highly recommend this series and you will not be disappointed.

I started this series a year ago and decided why not finish the series this year. I loved the first book, but I think I enjoyed the second book more and we even got to see Rowan and Zahra. I do love a good marriage of convenience and this was perfect because Declan has always had a thing for his assistant even though he treats her like sh*t.

I loved Iris. She was just a normal girl who befriended Declan’s brother Cal (love their relationship) and became his assistant. She did everything for him and he was horrible to her but little did she know he also did things that helped her learning difficulties.

I am glad I picked up this series again I gave it 4.5 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ when they finally gave into the chemistry between them it was magic.

I highly recommend this series and will be reading more books by the author in the future.

I went into this book ignoring the reviews because I wanted to go into it with eyes open. In the beginning I was enjoying the back and forth between these 2 characters. I don’t know when everything changed. The obsession on Gareth’s end may have been too much for me and I felt like their chemistry was not nearly as good as Bran and Nico.

The things I did enjoy was the fact that Gareth would not give in to the fact that he was the bottom. Also I did love the Nico parts because any part with him in it makes me smile.  Also the validation that his dad knew everything and still loved him. Kill finding out they are the same and wanting to be friends with his brother now.

I gave this book 3.75 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ the way Gareth gave him permission to force their first time was 🥵 although it was not my favourite book I am excited for Vaughn’s book and ready to get into the previous books in the Rinaverse.

I still recommend this book if you want to know more about the characters you saw in the legacy of gods series.

I know people are not fans of this series or at least book 1. I loved it and will continue to read any books in the series. I loved Henry from Icebreaker and I was so happy when he got his own book. Henry is the side character we all love and Halle is the perfect match for him.

I am thankful that the author did Henry justice and I felt a connection to him and his tendencies. I also felt a connection to Halle always wanting to help and feeling like people don’t want her around if she isn’t helping them. I loved that she made some great friends along the way and Will is a tool and deserved more than what he got.

I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ not as spicy as books that I have read but I did like the painting scene and after the fight they were 🥵.

I highly recommend this book and it can be read as a standalone butto understand the other characters you need to start at the beginning.

This was a very jock read but perfect since it is so hard to find the letter Z for my A-Z. I don’t have much to say about this book but there is a great representation for neurodivergent main characters.

I did like the relationship between Zane and Emmaline but it was very short and this could be a full novel for sure. Also I liked the siblings to both main characters. It would be funny if they got together.

I would give this book 3.75 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ there first time together was great but again the book was short and there was not many spicy scenes. The starfish's were adorable though and the explanation of why he calls her that is cute.

I recommend this book for a quick read and also if you need that Z it is perfect.

I read a lot of mixed reviews for this book and I understand both sides. I did enjoy this book. There were parts where I was annoyed and times where I was smiling. I have to say the k*nk part of this book was really tame compared to previous books I have read.

Also I was not a fan of Pen she bugged me a lot and towards the end I wanted to slap her. I did like the banter between the characters and the fact they were both into the same things. Also I loved Barb for a woman to step up the way she did. She is the mom Scarlett deserves unlike her father.

I would give this book 4 ⭐ and 1.5 🌶️ there were so spicy moments but overall they were like any romance book I have read.

I do recommend reading this if you like Ali Hazelwood books as that was the reason for me to read this one.

I feel like this is the most anticipated book of the series since it was teased at the beginning. I wanted to finish the series but I was not as interested in this couple as the others. However, I was reading and then it pulled me in with the time jump and shocked me I put down the book.

I felt like this book was a big mystery for most of it and then we got to the reason behind them being together and I wanted to hit Eli because that is not how you get the woman you love. Then him letting her go made me tear up but they were meant to be.

Ava bugged me slightly in the other books and I don’t know why but seeing her in a different light changed her. She was dealing with more than any of her friends and she hid the issues she was having until she was forced to face them.

I did enjoy this book but not as much as others I gave this 4.25 ⭐️ and 2.25 🌶️ not as spicy as the other books but him always from behind because he didn’t want to trigger her 😢.

I highly recommend this series and please read them in order although it says you can read as standalone I do not recommend it as the Easter eggs are throughout the series. Saying goodbye to these books but I need to know what Rina Kent books I should read next since I went out of order.

I wanted to read this book when it came out but had to read the ones before to understand this one and now that I have read it I completely understand the hype. I loved Nico in all the other books and we get so see snippets of him from those parts but more. I don’t even know what to say about Bran. His character broke me because I never realized the pain he was dealing with inside.

And you were all right Lan still is annoying but what he did for his brother will redeem him for some sh*tty things he has done. At the end I loved how he explained the pushing away.

Nico and Bran will have a spot in my heart I loved them so much I gave this book 5 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ the scenes aren’t as spicy but they are perfect outside the club was 🥵 and the times Bran would jump Nico. Nico is the cutest in a relationship and always respected his privacy but it made me mad for him not to be out in the public with him. “Even if you hate yourself, I’ll love you for the both of us.” Nico says the right words sometimes to make me cry.

Can I say the scene when Nico sees the video I was bawling like a baby I felt the pain in Bran. They will be my favourite couple from the legacy of gods series.

I highly recommend this book. It is a MM romance. I have not read many of them but I loved this one.

This was the book I was least looking forward to as I was not a fan of Landon in the previous books in the series. We did see these characters interact in God of Malice and God of Wrath and I kind of suspected it would lead to a book. I think Mia is the perfect partner for Landon because she does not deal with his sh*t.

I love the character development Landon got in this book. I am not saying it makes up for the things he did in previous books but he did turn around and redeem himself to some of the main characters.

I gave this book 4 ⭐️ because yes he had a great character development. I still needed more from him and I am hoping I see that in the next book. I gave it 3 🌶️ because these psycho men love their k*nks and although they are all similar they are all 🥵.

If you are apprehensive about going into this book like I was, I highly recommend just jump in; you may be surprised how much you like it at the end. Now on to the book that I have been highly anticipating God of Fury.
