I felt like this was a grown up version of Hannah Montana where we all know who she is but the person who should know doesn’t. I enjoyed this short read. I am a sucker for a rockstar romance and to have a backup dancer as the FMC was great. 

 

Heath catches Tiff’s eye at the bar and when he introduces himself he does not use his persona Jameson. Tiff decides to go with it and they hit it off but she is not telling him the truth. 

 

I enjoyed the story and I feel like it could have been longer as the ending was rushed but I liked that it was a fast read. I gave this 3.75 ⭐️ and 1.25 🌶️ the one scene that stands out was not a spicy one but a sweet one “the bathtub” if you have read it you know. If you want to know then read the book it is a great book for a palate cleanser.

When I started this book I did not realize it was a spin off from Penelope Black’s other series. However, I am not sure that really matters. Yes there is a connection between the series but not a great focus. I enjoyed this book, I liked the sassiness of Coraline and the smirk of Jasper. There were some things that threw me off a little but I glossed over. I feel like the fake dating was a little far fetched but when you think of it I feel that was just both their ways to get back to each other. 

As the book went on I got more into it and was waiting to see what would happen with these characters that were a little fishy. I can say I had to look up erotomanic because I have never heard of it before so thanks for that. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 2.25 🌶️ there was some scenes the exhibitionism they both enjoy is 🥵. Since this is the first in the series I can not wait to see where the rest of the series goes and now I must go back because I read her cousin has a harem. I am here for a why choose book now.

What can I say, Mariana Zapata has done it again, another fantastic slow burn. I also love the grumpy sunshine added into the mix because it works perfectly with her stories. I love Aurora’s journey to feel closer to her mother by coming back home. The emotions I went through from giggling when she started humming big girls don’t cry to full out crying in parts I do not want to spoil. 

 

The love that grows between these two is so wholesome and made me feel like I was falling in love. Ora has always been in the background and gone with the flow and for her to finally put herself first was fantastic. I gave this book 4.75 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ although the spice in minimal in a slow burn it is always spot on. If you have never picked up a Mariana Zapata book I highly recommend it and you can start here or all the other fantastic books she has written.

Wow, we learned so much in this book. Who Brannoc is to them and where he fits in and all the pieces are starting to come together. I enjoyed this book so much as it had so much action and some tense parts. Also that ending they are ready to start a war with her consorts and I am here for it. 

 

So now it’s time to gear up for a war and now she has all her me by her side, family she has gained and new ones. I really enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to the final book which will be out in 2weeks. I gave this book 5 ⭐️ and 2.25 🌶️ any scene where Arryn is in charge is 🥵. 

 

If you have not read this series I highly recommend it for a new author it is fantastic.

Wow can I just say I was not expecting that from Halsey Holmes hands down the dirtiest mouth on the team and I am here for it. I loved the text thread to make sure he got the girl, it made me laugh a few times again Posey. This story also had some hard hitting moments since the beginning of the series we know Halsey lost his twin brother this book shows his journey through grief and finding family in his team. 

 

I loved how Halsey stopped listening to his friends and told Blakely ho he felt and it worked out for him. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ because this book my me cry for his grief but also drop my jaw because of his mouth. If you haven’t started the series I recommend it especially when it comes to this one and onto the next This is War and it is time for Posey’s story.

This is the third book in the Vancouver Agitators series and it has been one that we have wanted for a while because we all know about Silas’s break-up from the first book. In this book we get some closure on that but also see him finding love again in an unlikely place. There were some parts in this books that cracked me up mainly Posey things but I am glad they got their HEA. 

 

I enjoyed this book but I don’t think it is my favourite even though I love an agegap and fake dating there was something missing for me. I still gave this book 4 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ because I had a great time reading it. If you haven’t started this series what are you waiting for? On to the next book He’s Not My Type I am excited for this one Halsey Homes and Blakely White.

I was not expecting this book as I have not read the other books in the series so I thought I would be confused. This is an interconnected standalone from the Beyond the Play series and is book number 4 following the youngest in the Callahan brood Isabelle. She thought her fling was over until everything changed.

I enjoyed this book. I loved the goofy parts and the series parts that made me tear up. I gave this book 4.25 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ there was some scenes i will not look at a hairbrush the same and a mirror scene 🥵. If you are a fan of a good sports romance then this is a good one. It was a quick and easy read for me.

Another book from The Vancouver Agitators series following Eli Hornsby and the one person he should not have pursued his best friend's sister. I know this book has the trope many readers are not a fan of but I liked it. There were so many funny moments. The pranks she pulls on him are great and made me laugh out loud.

I never thought a book that I was laughing at for most of it would hit me in the heart at the end. I gave this book 4.25 ⭐️ and 2.5 🌶️ some slow building and so much sexual tension made it even better.

If you have not started this series I recommend it if you like a good rom com with a little bit of hockey mixed in.
