A gripping story from the beginning to the end!
Many people are running away from their past and painful memories and are trying to build a new life for them. But as always, that past comes back and everything changes.
I was on the edge of my seat at all times while reading this book and I honestly can’t wait to read the next in the series.
The mix of a psychological thriller with a romance story is my to go every single day and the author has done such a great job with this book.
I can’t recommend it enough for all the crime thrillers lovers.

My first book by the author and I just couldn’t stop reading!
It’s engaging from the first chapter and it makes you want to know more and more about what happened in the parking lot and what each of the residents of that building has seen because apparently everyone has a different story to say.
It’s gripping, holds your attention for the whole time and you’ll want to stay up all night to read it.

My first book by the author and an interesting story.
Very well written and a fast-paced read although it has a bit of dragging somewhere in the middle of it and it’s more like I felt a bit too many words that didn’t add anything to the story unfortunately for me.
You’ll think you know your neighbours but you can never know what really happens behind the closed doors. I liked the main heroine and how she went to a length to help her neighbour who needed her.
I’ll definitely read more books by the author and recommend this story.

The other Miss Bridgerton is the third book in Julia Quinn’s series of novels featuring members of the previous generations of Bridgertons and their neighbours and long standing family friends The Rokesby.
Poppy had two seasons with no luck in encountering a suitable suitor, she decides to visit a friend that soon will have her first child, in the country side in Dorset. It’s a great place to explore and one day in her walks she discovered a cave where she shouldn’t be and gets kidnapped.Soon she meets the captain of the boat where she is brought and finds out that they will sail to Lisbon.
We have two characters that are forced into proximity by not so normal circumstances( as he technically kidnapped her )and the time they have to spend together on the ship trying to overcome the boredom is when they realise how much they enjoy each other company through their dialogue, curiosity towards each other and the intelligence and laugh out loud moments that they share. They come to think that each one is not what they were expecting especially because she is part of the Bridgertons but very beautiful and intelligent and he is a devastating handsome, charming and also infuriating at times, the captain of Infinity who is actually a spy for the British government.
Overall I enjoyed the book, is a very slow burn, a great half part of the book but disliked that there wasn’t much action, no dangerous adventures like in others books and the end seemed to rush, to sharp cut just to wrap everything up and end the story.

Blade and Nikki are fire together.
Enemies to lovers is one of my favourite tropes in romance and this story has a lot of it.
The banter between them is hilarious and so good every single time and the sparks ignite their desires in seconds.
Another great story from Archer’s Creek series.

Wow, so this book ends in a major cliffhanger but I’m here for it!
It’s interesting and compelling, the characters are great and mysterious to a point that I thought Isaac is more like a ghost and not real and I so need to know him better.
Can’t wait to read the next books. Bring on the suspense and steamy romance.

“Blair. Isaac. Me. Pretenders to a tarnished crown.”

If you love suspense, great banter and dangerous moments spiked with steamy romance, you can never be wrong with this duet.
I enjoyed this story so much because I found the heroine so interesting like a very few ones that I’ve read especially in dark romance books.
I’m so looking forward to the next book to find out how they’ll find their happily ever after.

New book , new genre and new world created by a favourite author.
I thought I was tired of the bully romance but the author has a way with her words that attract you like a magnet and the suspense, the banter and what’s next will keep you wanting to read more and more of this story.

What can I add to all the great reviews that this book already has received?
I enjoined every second of it. From the first page I just couldn’t stop reading, better said listening.
I usually don’t like at all more than two characters pov because I always felt lost and confused while trying to keep up with all the characters own stories and interconnected life but this book it’s so well done than I didn’t even care about the six characters pov. The author has created a story that has so many layers and twists and turns that will keep you on the edge at all times. Going between past mistakes and secrets well kept to the present day were two of the characters are tying the knots on a remote place in Ireland nothing could go wrong when there are only family and friends presents no?
Secrets, lies, revenge and fake friendship are mixed up in this beautiful and twisted crime story from a new to me but the favourite author now.

4.5 stars
If you love suspense and edge of your seat stories with a lot of romantic elements and a happily ever after this book is definitely for you and will tick off all your favourite boxes.
I’ve become a big fan of the author and every story that she’s writing becomes a favourite one.
Give it a try and you’ll understand why. I honestly cannot recommend it enough.
