I gave this book 4.75 stars, it was sooo good and gave so much backstory on Molly from Adeline's journal in Hunting Adeline. I adored this book, and Molly's story was heartbreaking but I love how far she came since escaping Francesca's house in the late 2000s. I also LOVED the references to Zade and Addie, also the fact that Addie is a fantasy author now??

Quotes:
- “I don’t want to fix you, Molly. There’s nothing to mend when you’ve already done that yourself. The only thing I will do is ensure there isn’t a single part of you that is empty. Your life, your heart, and your sweet pussy.”
- “With one last glance, I take off down the steps and toward the only place that offers a chance of survival—the unwelcoming arms of the forest. It will be unkind, but I've suffered much worse.”
- “So, the little ghost finally materializes. Welcome to the rest of your life, baby.”
- "She escaped me once, and I let her. I won’t allow it a second time."

I loved this book, I loved Billie soo much and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series. Billie gave off Willa from the chestnut springs series and I adored it. I did not think I could love cowboy romance books as much as I do, but I genuinely do. At the current moment in time, I do prefer the chestnut springs series.

Quotes:
- “Fucking my employee is off the table. The farm is in too much trouble. But fucking with my employee… now that’s another story altogether. Off to the races, honey.”
- “Sometimes silence is what a person really needs.”
- “She’s a live wire, and I am the idiot happy to see what happens when I pick up the loose end. When those walls come down, and I know they will, she and I will light each other on fire.”
- “You can only control what’s right in front of you,”

I loved this book, I have owned it for like 2 years and have never read it till now. It was so popular on old booktok, and I get why. It was AMAZING, I loved Brie and how she overcame her quests to get the three artefacts. I did not expect the plot twist at the end of the book, and I need book 2 rn as I have to know how the story ends. This book was so good and everyone should go read it, even if they aren't a huge fantasy lover because it was such an easy fantasy read.

Quotes:
- “I can't even tell someone to have a good day without sounding like I secretly wish they'd die.”
- “I am not a pretty thing to be manipulated. I am darkness.”
- “No matter how hopeless I feel, there's always a little more hope inside me. No matter how faithless I think I am, there is always something to believe in.”
- “Abriella, every star in that sky shines for you”
- “I am a great thief. I can steal just about anything. But a faerie prince's heart? I wouldn't know where to start.”
- “I am shadow and darkness and stronger than the girl he sacrificed for the crown.”
- “Curses are made of secrets and sacrifice. We will suffer as long as she pays the price.”
- “I am just a broken girl to them, a bleeding trophy from another land they've conquered," I say. "they don't see me as a threat”
- “My heart is in your hands, Abriella,”
- “You can’t trade oxygen for courage.”

I gave this book 4.25 stars as it was so good. Lily and Lo have come so so far since the first books, especially with their addictions. I loved their little vacation, and I love how close everyone got in this book, especially Ryke and Lo. I did not guess that Sara Hale would be the leak and the one sending weird + threatening texts to Lily and Lo. I cannot wait to continue reading this series, and I cannot wait to see how everyone's books play out, especially Rose's story as we don't know much about her.

Quotes:
- “Sometimes the person we think we’ll become is the person we already are, and the person we truly become is the person we least expect.”
- “He is my breath. My soul. My life-force. I have spent forever with him.”
- “I could not live without Lo. He is as much a part of me as the sun is a part of the sky, as the earth is to the universe. I need him in order to wake up in the morning. I need him to feel whole.”
- “Because I think she loves you more than she loves sex. And you love her more than you love alcohol, but you two just haven’t let yourselves believe it yet.”
- “She shrunk into herself and waited for me to stare at her like she was gross and dirty. But I just wanted to hold her and tell her that she was worth so much more than whatever she was searching for.”
- “Did you bet on me?' I ask dumbfounded. 'Yeah,' Lo says, unabashed. His eyes fall to mine. 'And I'll always bet on your side.”
- “She is my past, my present, my future. So when I open the door and slide into the driver’s seat, I’m not surprised that it feels like I’m returning home.”
- “A tiger would birth a baby llama sooner than Rose would be barefoot in a dirty club.”

I gave this book 5 stars, it was my most anticipated read of 2024 and I ADORED it. The minor crossover made me so excited for the next ACOTAR book (ACOTAR 6), and it was sooo good. I loved how Bryce found out the truth about Theia, Helena and the lost daughter (Silene), and it was amazing. Bryce has come so so far since CC1 and I have loved her in every book. Ruhn and Lidia were my fav part of this book, and I need a book on just those two characters, I do not want to see Tharion again as he got on my nerves. This book was so worth the wait and the 848 pages of amazingness.

Quotes:
- “You’re my home, Hunt. Our love spans across stars and worlds, remember?” She smiled slightly. “I’ll always find you.”
- “Okay, let’s do a head count. If you’re disowned, disgraced, or both, raise your hand.” Tharion, Baxian, Lidia, Hunt, and Ruhn raised their hands.”
- “Now I don’t fucking care who you are, so long as you’re mine.” Her eyes shot to his, again full of surprise. “Because I’m yours, Day. I’m fucking yours.”
- “Why she had named Brannon after the oldest legends from her family’s bloodline: of a Fae King from another world, fire in his veins, who had created stags with the power of flame to be his sacred guards.”
- “And I’m your motherfucking executioner.”
- “I love you. I fell in love with you in the depths of my soul, and it’s my soul that will find yours again in the next life.”
- “Where are you?? I’m having separation anxiety! Get back here!!!”
- “She was so fucking beautiful. It wouldn’t have mattered to him, hadn’t mattered to him during those weeks they’d gotten to know each other,”
- “Theia nodded once, slowly, as if making a decision, and then played the Horn and Harp. A portal between worlds swirled. It solidified, an archway to nowhere. A handsome, golden-haired male stood before it, with eyes like blue opals. Bryce inhaled sharply. Prince Aidas only asked my mother one thing when she opened the gate to his world: “Have you come to ask for Hel’s help, then?”
- “You hand him over,” a female voice drawled from the open doorway, “and you’ll have a third queen pissed at you.” Tharion’s stomach bottomed out. Bryce Quinlan swept through the doorway and winked at the Ocean Queen. “Tharion serves me.”
- “Wyrd,”

I gave this book 2.5 stars for many reasons, the main reason is that the MMC only wanted the FMC for her body and her looks which is a red flag and a major ick. The amount of times I threw this book at a wall because it was so bad is too high. I would not recommend this book to anyone, and idk why it was published.

As a long, avid lover of the Percy Jackson world, this book was AMAZING. I have loved Nico since reading the Titan's Curse and have always wanted a book just about him. I love how we explored his relationship with Will and their quest in Tartarus. This book was everything I needed, and I need Nico to get another book (preferbably a book about him and his life up until we meet him in the Titan's Curse). I gave this book 4.25 stars, and everyone needs to read it.

Quotes:
- “There cannot be light without darkness, nor darkness without light. You must have the contrast for both to exist.”
- “Maybe it’s a quest for tartar sauce,” Percy said. “Something low-stakes and delicious.”
- “(There is nothing more disconcerting than waking in the morning and finding a freshly incarnated zombie standing over you, ready to take your breakfast order.)”
- “Don’t let go of me,” he said, holding his Stygian iron sword before him. “No matter what happens.” Will clutched him tightly. “I got you.”
- “Either way, it made Nico a little annoyed. Why did Will have to be so beautiful all the time?”
- “He sobbed, overwhelmed by how far he was from home. The thought made him cry harder because he wasn't even sure where home was.”

I read this book in 2 days and I ADORED it. I loved how Evelina was a badass when at first we thought she was only doing the books for her dad, and this built up the anticipation for how development as the book progressed. I loved Brayden/Nicholas and how he was set up, and I was so shocked at the end when we found out he was a federal agent. I also LOVED how Evelina was the dominant one instead of Brayden, it showed how strong she is and how much we underestimate her. Dorothy got the death she deserved, same with her dad. I also LOVED the ending and how Evelina finally got to live out her dreams of living in Ireland.
Everyone rates this book so low but my rating is 4.5 stars, it was so good even though it was less than 300 pages, and I cannot wait to read the other 2 books in the series!!
Quotes
  • “But if I’m her calm, then she is my chaos, and if I can’t live with her forever, then I don’t want to live at all.”
  • “Grief is a weird thing. It’s the only emotion in the world people claim to understand yet treat as an inconvenience.”
  • “All I knew was that I couldn’t let her fall. And maybe that makes me stupid, maybe it makes me weak. Maybe she’s manipulated me into becoming something I never wanted to be. Whatever the case, I don’t care. Because she’s changed me fundamentally. Irrevocably. And there’s no going back. I don’t love Evelina in spite of her flaws. I love her because of them.”
  • “There’s no one like family, Evie, and there’s no place like home. We have to stick together.”
  • “She’s changing me. Or maybe she’s simply making me feel alive.”
  • “She’s overwhelming. Devastating. She’s going to ruin my fucking life.”
  • “Tell me to sit and eat like a good boy, and I swear to fucking god I’ll do it.”
  • “Grief is a weird thing. It’s the only emotion in the world people claim to understand yet treat as an inconvenience. “Time heals all wounds, Evie.” Spare me. Time heals nothing. Just gives things more space to grow and fester and rot.”
