Robin has gathered the Teen Titans to play an exciting game of Basements and Basilisks. The friends just want to have fun, but Robin wants to force everyone to follow the rules and make the game difficult. Jinx puts them under a spell to stay in the game, and only Robin can save the day. That is... if he can let go of the rules.

I liked the comedy in this comic! Robin is always getting up to crazy hijinks and ruining everyone's game experience with his insane determination to make the game impossibly difficult. He is always trying to prove that he is the fastest, smartest, biggest hero, and that is the perfect backdrop for some truly hilarious failures.

I like the pacing of the book, and there is plenty of action and silliness to keep your interest. There is some good character development, especially for Robin. The plot does a good job of balancing a lot of different characters. They are all memorable and fun!

I love the colorful art style! It really draws the reader into the story. The colors are so bright and fun. I love the funny expressions on the characters' faces and the costume changes that they do in the imaginary game.

It's a fun story and I enjoyed reading it (even as an adult)!

This kit has everything you need to create an origami Star Wars galaxy of your own! There are pre-printed papers and a book with instructions for folding 34 characters, spaceships, helmets, lightsabers, and robots.

I love the colorful designs for BB8, Darth Vader, Finn, Lando Calrissian, podracers, A-wing and U-wing fighters, and a TIE striker. There is even Kylo Ren's mask! Each design has beautiful details that make it really special.

The book includes a few simpler designs and more complex designs that require more folds. There is an index showing each project by level of difficulty, so you can choose to start with an easier one if you want. Everything is explained with detailed instructions and diagrams that clearly show each fold, and lead you to the next step. There are colorful pre-printed papers included for each project with clear markings for where each fold will land.

I'm very impressed with this origami book! It is easy enough to do with kids, but challenging enough to interest adults too. And there are little quizzes and Star Wars trivia questions peppered through the book for added fun!

This activity book has 10 beautiful designs, and hundreds of stickers in little mosaic shapes! It's so easy to put the stickers into place, and the finished product looks wonderful. It's very relaxing and helped me to get creative. You really feel a sense of accomplishment when you finish!

The stickers are sturdy and easy to remove from the sticker sheet. The colors are vibrant and it's simple to follow the instructions to find the right placement for each sticker. I really loved that the pages are perforated, so that you can tear out the sticker sheet or the design or both. That way you don't have to keep flipping back and forth in the book.

I love the clever designs and beautiful colors! There are pictures of all kinds of fantasy creatures and scenes. The glitter stickers make it really special and cute. This is perfect for anytime you have some anxiety and need a calm activity.

This incredible book has gorgeous photos and information about over 200 guitars and the amazing people who play them. It includes bios on famous guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Willie Nelson, Joni Mitchell, B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, Maybelle Carter, and even Jimmy Page with his double-necked guitar.

There is a page showing the anatomy of a guitar, and details on how hundreds of beautiful guitars are made by artisans all over the world. There are stats about wood materials, sound quality, and pounds of pressure from the strings.

The stories behind some of these guitars are absolutely extraordinary, like the Moderne model guitar that Gibson designed but never produced, instead destroying the prototypes in a creepy bonfire. There are extravagant double-necked guitars, and crazy guitars shaped like a map of United States. You never know what beautiful history or wild past might be lurking behind these guitars, but one thing is for sure... they are all glorious instruments!

I am so impressed with the exquisite photos and stunning design of this book. It comes with a thick slipcase that showcases the cover design in a special way. Every page is full of rich color and elegantly organized with information and stats. The index makes it easy to find any guitar or musician you are looking for.

I feel like I would be inspired to reach my music practice goals and be more musical in 2021 with these beautiful guitars to look at every day. These include the Prisma Accardo, Gibson Firebird III, and Pagelli Massari models, along with a bunch of other glorious instruments. The designs are so gorgeous!

The really cool thing about this calendar is that the monthly days are laid out like the frets of a guitar. You could check off the days like tab markings and write yourself a song! This beautifully designed book features pages and pages of inspiring sayings that are sure to encourage you. There are statements about finding your purpose, living a successful life, and following your dreams.

Some of my favorites include:
"If you are able to conquer the little things, then the big things become nothing to overcome."
"When people hear your music, it should paint a picture for them of God's majestic eminence."
"You may not have much in your hands, but within you is greatness."

There are lined note pages at the end of each chapter, so that the reader can write down any thoughts or inspirations they might have. Every other page has a lovely design of a key in the background, and I like how the sayings are centered on each page to capture your attention.

One thing that I find strange is that the book says "Quotes" in the title, but the author isn't quoting anyone else. All the sayings and advice in the book are originally written by the author, so... who are they quoting? Maybe it's a misnomer, or maybe the author is thinking that they themselves will be quoted by others.

Arturo works in a heart-mending workshop. People send him their broken hearts, and he repairs and heals them. One heart is so damaged that only time and compassion can heal it.

I liked the concept of this book so much. Such a cute idea about a workshop for healing broken hearts! And I loved the way that Arturo repairs the hearts in all kinds of different ways, melting cold hearts, and lightening heavy hearts, and replacing old burnt-out lights in a darkened heart. It's very touching and sweet. However, the text could use a copy editor to correct some of the grammar and punctuation.

The illustrations are not that great. They are just computer-generated blobs with little personality or artistic style.

Overall, this is a cute little book. I liked it okay.
