There's not really much to write here. Green arrow is losing its charm as we venture into a big mission for Oliver but honestly it's just an excuse to have him and all the big DC characters team up with him. From Wonder Woman to Flash to Supes, it all feels kind of generic. The highlight would be Hal and Green Arrow or Even Batman and Green Arrow, but the rest are just okay. The art when good is great, when not, it's bad. A middle of the road volume with a 3 out of 5.
X-factor is almost over here, Peter David's lengthy tale comes to a close.
While this series started amazing it has had some bumpy volumes. None horrible or anything but some just "good". This falls into that good section. Everyone is split up, we get a lot more Alex and Polaris. We learn about the poor girls past while Alex tries her best to help. This also gives Strong guy some time in the spotlight. With everyone's emotions running high and the end almost here, things aren't looking good for the old X-Factor Gang.
I enjoyed parts. I think the best stuff has to do with Polaris and Alex here. The strong guy stuff is okay and I think certain characters are acting annoying. Madox and his soon to be lovely wife subplot is interesting to say the least. Wolf stuff is okay. This volume has a lot of moving factors and some are simply better than others. A 3 out of 5.

Oliver tries to prove his innocence. Another family fight with two moms trying to kill each other. Nothing special, but good enough to read. I just feel this run ran its course around volume 3 and it never really improved but stayed decent enough it's never bad. a 2.5 out of 5 again.
X-Factor continues to be entertaining but not much else.
This is a bunch of short stories, as the title says. The most interesting, or fun one, is probably the vegas one with the newly married couple. I enjoyed the Pip story too and the ending was "oh shit" which was a nice surprise. The rest were ranged from okay to kind of boring. A 3 out of 5 all together and hoping the series still ends strong.

This was pretty good though the series just gets weirder. Too tired to writer a full review will come back later. Still solid though.
Whoa, color me impressed, Nick Spencer does a lot of fun plotlines in this volume.
Spidy first has to deal with going to a club with his roommate, boomarang. Sounds like fun times right? Except this club is filled with villains. The whole reason his best buddy brought him though is because they are doing Trivia night and it's all about Spider-man! Next up his Spider-man and Black Cat classic team up without the sexual moments. It's fun and exciting and we get to see new sides to MJ that we haven't seen in a LONG time. Also, the new villain makes an appearance again and he's not too happy.
It's obvious at this point Nick Spencer is in this for the long run. He has a huge Spider-man story to tell and he's leaving threads everywhere he goes. Most stories range from 2 issues to 3, but it works in his favor to tell a complete story while leaving clues on what could be next. I love the interactions with Spidy and most villains. Spider-man is also back to be funny again, which is great. The Peter and MJ stuff is really good as well. The villain behind this all seems really interesting. Sure, it's not brand new, and alot of it feels a bit safe, but it's good fun Spidy stories. A 4 out of 5.

Manhunter continues to be a very solid series by Andreyko that I never much heard of.
So Manhunters are being hunted. Remember how our hero now wasn't the firsT? Well someone else knew that and is hunting and killing them one by one. Before that though we have our hero dealing with a legal case which is not going as well as she expected. Then BAM Super villains come in to ruin the day.
I really enjoy the colorful series which can be gritty when need be but still damn entertaining. I really like Manhunter, the supporting cast, and the legal fights as well as the brutal actual fights. The story can feel a little long here and stretched at times though.
Overall, series continues to impress. A 3.5 out of 5.

My wife and I bought this volume for a friend because of her love of cats. After she read it she bought the following two volumes and gave a lot of praise. I had to see what all the fuss was about so I asked to borrow them and coming from a non-cat fan this...was pretty fun!
Basically it's the life of cats but in street gang type world. Think Wolf Rain but not so serious or depressing. So when our main character, Ryuusei, shows up in a new town he's not so welcomed. A adventure of fighting street gangs, finding a new family, and trying to get laid. Ryuusei is a cat in a world filled with dangers!
It's a pretty funny serious. Lots of good comedic moments, the fights are intense, and I like Ryuusei. The art is solid and the world building works. The sexual fan-service and such can be a bit much and watching Ryuusei wanting to basically fuck the shit out of the one female character is a bit much but he is a cat, and that's just how animals are.
Overall interesting and will read on. A 3.5 out of 5.

New Order was different than what I expected and yet I really enjoyed it, this is by far Kyle Higgins best comic I've read so far. I'll even give his Nightwing run another chance now.
So what is new Order? A elseworld story where Nightwing has taken powers away from 90% of super humans. In this new world there is far less crime, or mass murder, and it's been "better" but is it really? Everyone is tense, they are using "cures" on people with powers, and worse of all locking some up when they can't get the cure. But Dick is focused on his son and creating a safer world but soon that begins to crack when an unlikely person forms powers.
It's a new world...or old world been a lot of cool ideas. Dick is still himself, and it's nice to see how he interacts with friends in a normal way you would after changing the world. A lot of great designs here, the art is top notch, with some great fights. I also enjoyed the pacing, very quick, and a bit more brutal than I expected. The negative would probably come from some of it feeling rushed at points though.
However, The New Order is easily a Nightwing book you must read. It stays true to his character and makes him a star once more. A 4 out of 5.

Okay wolfsmund is back in my life after finally just ordering the next few volumes. What's that mean? Lots of really messed up deaths.
So finally the good guys had a chance to shine last volume. They began breaking through Wolfsmund fortress. This time? It's even further in but not without a HUGE amount of death and violence before getting inches closer to their goal. There's a standoff with the great big tank of a bastard who's killed so many verses a shit load of warriors. Then have a big showdown at the end which results in a sudden death. There's plenty of shock and ew to be had in this installment.
Overall, Wolfsmund continues to be strong despite the feeling of loss over and over again. It's based on history so we know what will happen but not without causalities along the way. A huge amount of death and gore is here and the fan service has gone turned down a lot which is nice. The ending is scary and I just don't know how this has 3 more volumes. Overall, a great part of a screwed up series.
