I know that I have said this on other reviews in this Killing series, but I really enjoy this series. There were a few editing issues in this book, but it was easily overlooked. I found it to be a quick read, and very interesting. I learned some things I didn't know, therefore the book did the job it was meant to. I had no idea that Bonnie Parker walked with a limp or that she was burned by battery acid. I also did not know that John Dillinger had plastic surgery, though it seems like I should have known these things having a sister who was very into true crime. I really liked this book, and am looking forward to there being another one in this series.

This book follows the lives and careers of Elvis Presley, John Lennon, and Muhammad Ali. Each of them had their own respective issues and people around them who were not as helpful and supportive as they could have been. They had a lot of negative things going on behind the scenes, and eventually their lives veered off course. I most enjoyed reading about Muhammad Ali, because I did not know a lot about him beyond the fact that he was a boxer.
I know people have a lot of negative opinions about Bill O'Reilly, and I agree with some of them for sure, but I received this set of books as a gift and committed myself to the series. Despite what there is to be said about him as a person, I do find these books to be pretty interesting. This was not my favorite book in the series, but it was an enjoyable read. I picked it up at the library right before I decided to take a reading break for the Christmas holidays, so I read it pretty slowly compared to my normal reading speed. I have to turn them in.

This book is about Ronald Reagan and his presidency, specifically the assassination attempt that he faced. I never knew that Regan faced an assassination attempt until I read this book. I am a European history major, so my knowledge of American history is seriously lacking. I would like to read a more in depth biography about Regan and his presidency, but this one was very informative to me.

People really hate on Bill O'Reilly and his writing, which is not the greatest, but I always learn interesting snippets from the Killing Series. I have researched some of the things I have read, and I have really learned a great deal. I think the books are interesting enough to keep the pages turning, despite what a lot of people think. General Patton died under strange circumstances at the end of the war. There are many people who believe that he was murdered for certain underhanded purposes, and it was interesting to read the theories and evidence supporting them. I liked this book.

Pablo Escobar was the founder of the Medellin Cartel, and was a notorious drug lord. He began his criminal career as a young man doing petty crimes before graduating to serious criminal activity. He eventually employed other people to kidnap people who owed him money. His most notorious kidnapping scheme, where the victim was businessman Diego Echavarria, who was kidnapped and eventually killed in the summer of 1971, Escobar received a $50,000 ransom from the Echavarria family. He made a pretty good living off of his criminal enterprises, amassing some $30 million by the time of his death. Another thing that grossed me out was that he married a 15 year old girl when he was 26. I realize there are all sorts of age gaps in relationships, but it is nasty when one party is not even legal adult age. He had been incarcerated and escaped, which is where this book comes in. It goes over the manhunt and his subsequent capture/death. Overall, it was a decent book.

I really liked this book. Basically everyone who has attended sixth grade in US school systems knows about Lincoln and his assassination. This was a pretty interesting retelling of the story, despite the displeasure some people have with the writing style and Bill O'Reilly himself.

I have all of the books in the Killing Series, and I know that they get some bad reviews from people who dislike the quality of writing and Bill O'Reilly as a person. I actually really like these books, and I generally learn quite a bit from them. I think I probably learned less from this book, because I have so many other Kennedy books. It was still interesting and I liked it very much.

I am not generally into the history of Christianity as a whole, though I do love learning about religions. I had all of the other books in this series, and people give Bill O'Reilly a really difficult time for the writing, but I do not find it to be that horrible, personally. I thought this was a very interesting take on the whole historical figure of Jesus and I really liked it. I learned quite a bit about his followers that I did not know. I like this series, and I am pretty excited for the Mafia one that is coming out next.

I thought this book provided some good information about major players in the Revolution. I got a list of names to look up more information for. I didn't know too much about the Revolution, honestly, and I learned a fair amount from this book. I thought it was informative and entertaining.

This sixth installment unfortunately still features one of Anita's love interests in Richard. This book is filled with relationship and emotional conflicts between Anita, Richard, and Jean-Claude. Eroticism makes a definite appearance in this book. In addition to that, there are issues with the werewolf hierarchy and politics that must be sorted out, which I found tedious, probably because I hate Richard so much. Thankfully, Edward makes another appearance in this book to help get to the bottom of some shenanagins that are afoot. The ending of this book was quite pleasing to me
